Everyone thinks they know what it is to be healthy and fit. Everyone also thinks they are healthier than they might be. I thought so as well. I am an avid biker, so I thought clocking in several hours of rides a week is good enough. But boy was I mistaken! Health is not just about exercise but it is about everything you experience including food, sleep, rest, attitude and discipline. Yash has been instrumental in illuminating the path, helping with the discipline and being a partner in truly helping with my health and fitness. Yash is part coach/mentor, part scientist, part nudger (read that bro/sis who gets on your case ;-)) and part guru! I hope to continue on the journey with a coach, mentor and friend like Yash for years to come.

It has been 4 months since I joined under Yash's mentorship. During this time, he has completely changed my perception about good health, physical workout, and eating habits. Not only does he provide you with training & nutrition plans, but he also keeps a regular check on you about our day to day activities. He tailor makes everything for you according to our lifestyle preferences, which results in sustainable and flexible regimen to follow. Apart from our weekly calls, he also makes a mid-week check on you, while always being available for anything. Yash keeps motivating you to perform better and makes you believe in yourself.
