Vishal has been an outstanding coach throughout my transformation journey. From Day 1, he understood my goals, lifestyle and challenges, and built a program that was realistic yet impactful. His plans for training and nutrition were clear, precise and easy to follow, which made consistency possible for me. What truly sets him apart is his constant support and motivation. He never let me lose focus, always responded to my queries, and adapted the plan wherever needed. When I started my journey with Vishal. I was 70Kgs. His guidance helped me shed 7 kilos in 15 weeks and, more importantly, develop a mindset that now enjoys fitness. I’m deeply grateful for his expertise, patience and encouragement. Looking forward to achieving even more milestones under his guidance.

I had been struggling with cholesterol and high BP due to my poor lifestyle. Even with medication, my triglyceride levels kept rising. That’s when I approached Vishal Sir and shared all my concerns with him. He patiently listened and created a customized diet + workout plan for me. What I truly appreciate is how supportive he has been throughout this journey. He clears all my doubts, takes weekly updates, and constantly ensures I’m on the right track. He is very knowledgeable and remembers even the small details from our weekly calls, which shows his true dedication to his students. Under his guidance, my BP has improved noticeably. In the starting weeks, I used to skip stretching out of laziness, which gave me lower back stiffness. I shared some clips with Sir, and after checking he said my form was correct. Then he asked, “Buddy, are you doing your stretches?” 😅 At that time I said yes (but honestly, I wasn’t). Once I started following the stretches he had added to my plan, the stiffness disappeared. Maybe while reading this feedback, he’ll know I was a lazy student 😂. Lesson learned: everything in the workout plan is there for a reason. I also faced left shoulder pain while working out, so I shared some clips with him. Within minutes, he pointed out the small mistake I was making in my form. After correcting it, my pain was gone the very next week. Only an experienced coach could have identified something so minor yet so impactful. Thanks to Vishal Sir’s expertise, guidance, and genuine care, my blood pressure has improved, my belly fat has decreased, and I feel healthier and more energetic day by day. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about improving their health and fitness!

I started working with Coach Vishal in December 2024, and it has been an incredible journey so far. Although I’ve been consistent at the gym since 2018, Vishal’s personalized diet plan, structured exercise programming, and weekly accountability calls have pushed me to improve every single day. As a result, I feel stronger, my eating habits have transformed, and my body composition has noticeably improved. What I truly appreciate is his responsiveness—always quick to answer questions via phone or chat. One area I’d love to see even more of is regular updates to the workout and diet programming, to keep things fresh and challenging. I’m excited to continue this journey with him, take my fitness to the next level, and hopefully unlock my full potential (and maybe even six-pack abs 🤩).

I’ve been working with Coach Vishal from Fittr since last November, and the experience has been truly amazing. In this time, I’ve lost 11 kgs, gained strength, and made great progress in my workouts. What I really appreciate about Vishal is not just his knowledge, but also his understanding and support throughout the journey. The diet plan he designed was based on the foods I was already eating, which made it much easier to stick to. The workout plan was also tailored perfectly to my schedule and lifestyle, so it never felt overwhelming.
