Coach Virendra has been one of the biggest reasons behind my transformation journey. This is my second time coaching with Virendra after more than 5 years. He is one of those coaches who doesn’t compromise on deviations from workout and diet. He takes into consideration of the health situation, properly examines and provides the right nutrition and workouts having right balance. He not only provides us with the inputs on what to do but also makes us understand why we are doing it that way! This is a very important thing for any individual to understand, improve and be able to manage themselves in long term. After starting my coaching with him for the second time, my hypothyroid levels have been under very much control within just 2 months of starting the course, I had ankle twists on both my legs and even though the pain is not 100% gone, I’m able to walk, jog or run longer distances now without any problem. My lower back is also doing much better now. Overall I can say I’m very much active, healthy and able to sleep lot better than before. It is not so easy to be consistent but Virendra keeps us on track by asking the right questions and providing the right inputs.
