I’ve been training with Vikram for the past few months to loose my postpartum weight. I was 3 months postpartum when I started training. I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made as I started feeling myself after loosing almost 20lbs in about 3 months without even feeling like l am on diet and extensively draining myself with exercises or workouts. Vikram helped me not only with weight loss journey but also completely change the way I approach fitness and nutrition. Vikram’s training style is motivating, supportive, and personalized — he knew exactly how to help me in this journey considering I am breastfeeding and working mom without making it feel overwhelming. He took the time to understand my goals, my schedule and even adjusted my workouts based on that. The progress I’ve made under his guidance has been incredible — I feel healthier, more confident, and much more energetic. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Since starting this meal plan, I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement in both my energy levels and overall well-being. I’ve already lost around 800 grams, and more importantly, I feel lighter and more active from within. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is in my post-work energy. Earlier, I used to feel so drained after my job that I often needed to sleep right after work. But now, that fatigue is gone — I feel much more energetic and alert even after a full day. This has had a positive impact not just physically, but also mentally. Overall, the plan has been easy to follow, satisfying, and very effective for me so far. I started my journey with my coach Vikram in November 2024, and since then, I’ve lost around 21 kg — something I couldn’t have imagined achieving on my own.
