I'm Home maker ,mother of 2 childern , After marriage and deliveries my weight has gone up to 85kg. I always lacked energy levels for doing the household work without househelper. I'm suffering from plantar fasciits right after the birth of my first child due to weight gain. These reasons made me to transform myself and become fit.First I thank teena for transforming herself that helped me to trust the process of this platform, i know her since my childhood and what she is capable of,she helped me trust the process of weight training and eating right food.Due to my family constraints i was not able to go outside and train myself so i asked her for a home work out plan which she designed nicely.My training process was slow with hurdles in between she guided me gave me hope that i can do it. I was not aware know about the requirment of protein for the body, she helped me with the nutrition needs and designed my diet chart perfectly. Today i'm 10kgs lighter ,my energy levels have gone up and my foot pain intensity is getting decreased and a long way to go to reach my goal. Thank you Teena.

Tina is very approachable and listened to my situation very patiently. I could not be consistent with my plan but definitely there a lot of take aways that I'm still following. Would love to get back to her soon!
