I know Tariq since a very long period of time , almost from 2019. He is the best Trainer till now. His techniques in all respect to fitness are excellent. Nutrition- He will always give you the flexibilty in diet. One will never get bored. Motivation- For him his client’s progress is his progress. Who has the time in this busy era to call the client and wake him up so that the client show up for workout and could develop a habit of consistency. Excercise- Progress is assured with his excercise. He makes you do the excercise until you dont fail and comes as a saviour in the last. Techincally he is making us mentally strong.The other important factor to be fit. He replies to every query and take the follow up.The clients will forget but he wont. He always push to get going. He is the best.

Tariq sahab is a very knowledgeable person.. he will put you on diet but you will still be able to enjoy all your cravings due to his flexible dieting approach . he coaches with a long term mindset than a short term mindset.. I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling to get fit or struggling to adhere to his plans
