I’ve been training with Tanay since December last year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. He’s helped me improve my form and technique, which has made a big difference in my workouts. Tanay is also very flexible with scheduling, making it easier to stay consistent with training. On top of being a great coach, he’s easy to talk to—we often chat about football and our common interests, which makes the sessions enjoyable and motivating. It’s been almost 8 months that we are working with Tanay. He is easy to get along with, friendly and approachable. He works around our limitations but still somehow manages to push. We are happy with the progress made to date .
I have started my health journey from last 2 months, I am seeing multiple benefits in this journey already with Tanay's training and coaching, strength and diet, his diet are simple and sustainable, he also answers all the questions whether small or basic. Tanay have excellent knowledge on fitness training, weights etc, he suggests good variations, pushing limits that helps to keep one motivated and I feel good progress, appreciate him for his efforts.
