Tanay has been a fantastic personal trainer! He has pushed me to do more than I thought I was capable of doing - providing positive feedback that motivates you to push through. I have finished one month with him and have signed up for another quarter. As others have said here, he is very good at tracking on your form and making sure both your lifting and breathing are aligned for maximum benefit. I definitely recommend Tanay as an excellent personal trainer!
I have been training with Tanay for last 2 months. He is great coach, has helped me improve my form and posture. Has helped with diet plan for fat loss. He is very professional and has great communication skills.
This is my 2nd month training with Tanay. He is consistent and pays attention to my form. He is also adjusting and flexible with the schedule. I am looking forward to training with him and improving my muscle strength.
I am writing this review after training under Tanay for 5 weeks now. Initially,I was apprehensive about joining the program because the cost was over my budget. But after spending 4 weeks with Tanay, I got the confidence to enrol for a longer period. And, it was definitely worth the money spent. Tanay lays a lot of emphasis on posture, correcting me the moment I make a mistake. He might appear very quiet during the workout, but he spots mistakes as soon as I make them. Additionally, he adapts his workout plan based how I perform during the workout, and suggests different workouts if I have any difficulty in doing them. He is quite accommodating with respect to timing and knowledgeable in building strength and diet plans. I would definitely recommend Tanay to anyone who wants to transform oneself. I look forward to working with Tanay in future as well.
