I have been training with Tanay Mondal for one month... in one month I build up consistency regarding exercise. He always ensures correct technique to avoid injury. He is focused and dedicated trainer... I really recommend Tanay as fitness coach.
Tanay has been great to work with. He is very attentive to detail. I was apprehensive about virtual coaching but working with Tanay gives me confidence in the process. He is very particular about making sure I have the right form. He also follows it up with video references and images after class to make sure I understand the movement. Iβve been working with Tanay for about three weeks and already feel stronger. I would highly recommend Tanay for anyone looking for a trainer.
Tanay has been a fantastic personal trainer! He has pushed me to do more than I thought I was capable of doing - providing positive feedback that motivates you to push through. I have finished one month with him and have signed up for another quarter. As others have said here, he is very good at tracking on your form and making sure both your lifting and breathing are aligned for maximum benefit. I definitely recommend Tanay as an excellent personal trainer!
