Starting weight : 79 kgs Current weight :50 kgs Starting size :XXL for a comfort fit Current size: XS In 2018 december I was detected with autoimmune disorder when a single migraine took away my eye sight temporarily. I had been under constant monitoring as I was hug risk category for cervical cancer which demanded regular checkups for prevention.One such visit turned into a night mare when I almost bled out during a biopsy.. If those are not wake up calls nothing else fits the bill.I did not hesitate to enroll under Coach Sreejata Mukherjee Thakur as I had an idea about FITTR through a friend. It would be wrong if I say if I started training under her, Instead we started working together.. I already had image issues due to my increased weight.. She started working on my mind and bidy like an artist. (I was Going through a prolonged Post Natal Depression Fuelled by my lifetstyle choices , eating habits, sleeping patterns etc,.)She not only helped me correct my lifestyle she corrected my relationship with food. From eating French fries with guilt I eat the same potato within my macros.. I am not scared of adding sugar to my tea anymore.. I am not scared of eating paranthas anymore. I must admit I have not been the easiest mentees she might have had. I had questions/doubts which she always replied with a smile and immense patience.Every workout video I sent to her she corrected it with immense care. Even the silliest of victories was celebrated by her with immense pride.I have never met a positive , cheerful and encouraging person yet.. Sreejata You are my cheerleader and I know you always will remain one.. JC sir thank you very much for providing us such wonderful people and such an educative platform A few things I learnt from HER 1.Prioritise ‘YOU 2. When you think you are about to fail take a deep breath and continue 3. No workout is greater than consistency Sreejata ,I blindfoldedly will do whatever u ask me even if that means black coffee throughout!

This is my second stint with FITTR. Last time when I was enrolled I had a very different (read not nice) experience with my coach. That was in 2017 when this was SQUATS. Frankly had lost faith in the process but not the group. I still followed it religiously till one day last year when I reached out to JC for help. This was one of my lowest moments. JC pointed me to Sreejata and thank god he did. I connected with Sreejata in Sept last year and she told me she was taking a break till Dec. But that first conversation was enough for me to decide that she is the one. She guided me when I was not enrolled with her during her break. How many people does that? Not many I know. Then I subsequently enrolled with her in February this year. She is by far one of the best thing to have happened to me. Coaching me is not easy, my lifestyle and work is all encompassing. To add to that there are multiple health concerns. But she took care of it all one day at a time, one meal at a time. Now I don’t feel like I m on a diet. This is gradually becoming a part of me. My initial 12weeks is getting over in two days but my journey is far from over. And Sreejata will be a massive part of that since I will be working with her only. Because she is not only my coach- she is the voice in my head who never let me stop. Thank you Sreejata. You are blessing to me.
This was my first time of joining any fitness program and I was very impressed with the overall approach. Everything including workout plan and diet chart was Taylor made for me which doesn’t disturbed my normal routine. Being above 50 years I was concerned that I will be able to do weight exercises or not but it was designed in such a way that I started enjoying it. In last 84 days since I have joined FITTR, newer missed my routine. My coach Sreejata was very supportive and use to modify my routines time to time to suit my requirement. I had borderline line cholesterol and sugar but now both are under control. My aim was to tone body and reduce small weight which I was able to achieved without overstretching thanks to my coach overall it was a great experience and will recommend to others also
