I have been training with Paul for over a month now, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my strength and stamina. While I’ve lost about 5 lbs, I understand that true fitness progress isn’t just about weight loss. More importantly, I feel more energetic and active throughout the day. Paul has been incredibly professional and reliable, always arriving on time—even for our 5 AM sessions—which I truly appreciate. He is also very accommodating with scheduling, always informing me in advance if he’s unavailable and ensuring that any missed sessions are made up over the weekend. Beyond his dedication, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in strength and conditioning, which he has honed through his experience training athletes. His ability to adapt workouts to my gym’s limited equipment has been invaluable, ensuring I still get an effective and well-rounded workout. I’m excited to continue this journey and will provide another update at the end of my plan to share my progress!
