Sonam is very knowledgeable, She properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. Additionally, she pushes you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals. She is professional yet kind(only when we follow proper routine :) ), patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. After three short months I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal. I am very impressed with my overall physique, like loosing weight, gaining strength and most important feeling healthy from inside :) I highly recommend her as a trainer!

My wife and I joined Fittr to improvise our lifestyle. Being senior citizens it was challenging for us to make this decision and we had a lot of queries whether we would be able to do it or not. But Thanks to Coach Sonam, she helped us in every bit to plan our meals and workouts understanding our needs. The 12-week journey has been fantastic we lost a considerable amount of weight and our cloth sizing also changed. The daily calorie tracking through sharing the food pictures best part where she suggested how the substitution of food items works. During the weekly scheduled calls, she listened to us very patiently and tailored things as per our needs. We look forward to continuing this journey as our lifestyle. Thanks, Coach. :)
