I have been training with Shweta for the last 4 months and it has been a rejuvenating journey so far. In the past, I have exercised in spurts but had been quite inactive and stiff for the last couple of years. Now in my early forties, the sessions with Shweta are always energetic, even after my hectic work day. Shweta’s instructions are clear and specific. She pays close attention to my posture and corrects on the spot, while gently encouraging and nudging me to exert more and more. In spite of the time difference, she does the sessions with sincerity and good will and I always look forward to the sessions with positive energy. The meditation video links are also well curated. While I am not actively measuring / weighing myself, I see lot of changes in myself in terms of body re-composition, energy levels, flexibility and mood fluctuations. Looking forward to her sessions for the years to come. Highly recommended.

Shweta is a fantastic yoga instructor. The experience of learning from her was very good. She is compassionate and has in-depth knowledge of her practice.
