I am incredibly grateful to Swetha for her excellent guidance and dedication over the past six months. Shweta is a fantastic yoga instructor. The experience of learning from her was very good. She is compassionate and has in-depth knowledge of her practice. She is professional, accommodating and caring too. She really wants to help her clients out with the issues they are facing. I am grateful to her for everything she has done for me.

I have been training with Shweta ma'am for a couple of months now. From not doing any physical activity to getting into a fitness routine with Shweta ma'am has been a wonderful journey. She has been very meticulous in planning my progression and patiently takes me through the class routines, giving me the opportunity to absorb what is really being taught. I have come to appreciate the persistence of trying postures everyday and feeling improvements every week. Besides working on my flexibility, she adds other means to strength train, a much needed for me. Overall, i feel quite energetic after my classes and look forward to continuing this experience with Shweta ma'am.
