Coach shreya has helped me in my fat loss journey, always supportive giving insights, how to stay disciplined in all aspects, I'm able to enjoy all my favourite foods without the guilt all thanks to her planning. In terms of lifting the science based approach has really helped me, specially because I had issues in my lower back but because of the coach's creative exercise selection I've been able to perform better. I've experienced a great amount of success under Shreya's mentorship and am hoping to continue the journey in a positive direction.Thank you Coach.
Shreya has been great support in my weight loss journey. As a person diagnosed with hypothyroid and mom of two children perched at important milestone years it gets difficult to stick to a regular exercise and diet routine but shreya has stayed patient and consistent in her efforts everyday nudging me to put my best foot forward.
