I have been training under shivarama for last two months. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable. Initially I was not sure on taking online training as my main concern was my spondylitis, well he took care of it.He is very professional. I m totally happy with his training and would like to continue under him for long term.

I have been training with Shivaram since the start of November. He has been outstanding in all aspects so far. Our workout sessions start at 4 am IST, yet he is very attentive, active and ensures I improve my workout routine. He patiently answers my questions and teaches me the correct posture even if it sometimes means he has to repeat himself a few times. Being a newbie, this has helped me gain confidence in myself and learn how to slowly push myself to do better. He is very kind, respectful, and accommodating. Under his guidance, I've seen improvement in my physical and mental well-being. Thank you for being very professional.

I’m bean training with Shivaram for 5 months and it’s really a great journey so far. He is very supporting and encouraging. He really understands my situation and body condition , plans the schedule accordingly. I’m more energetic and feel stronger and excited to continue my Fitness journey with him much longer. A huge shout out to to Shiva for his knowledge and patience.

I’m been training with Shivaram for over a month now. He is very motivational and has helped a lot in correcting the forms. My strength levels have increased and I’ve started to feel more active. He had given me a well planned program of a full body workout which helped tremendously in losing inches. Kudos to him!
