I have an experience of 3 years and have coached several clients of different age, profession, lifestyle and medical conditions . I Specialize In Fat Loss, PCOD, Prenatal And Postnatal Fitness, Hypothyroid, Obesity, Insulin Resistance, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, High Cholesterol , Other Lifestyle Diseases and Muscle gains. I strongly believe that all these lifestyle disorders are very much controllable with proper nutrition and exercise and I am an example to it (Hypothyroid).
I will help you to get a healthy and well proportionate body through scientifically proven and effective diet programs. The therapy of many diseases can be supported by a proper diet.
I have helped many friends who are working for long hours , travelling 10-15 days in a month towards a more fitter and energetic lifestyle. It doesn’t matter if you are a workaholic, super busy mom (like me ?) , frequent traveler , student... you can transform .

About my own Transformation :
I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and a severe pain in nerves and started with medication post my second pregnancy. As the kids grew the stress and medicines also increased. I was not able to carry my handbag as it lead to needle like pains from my finger tips till breast. Its been 3 years today I have been following my diet and exercise routine. This has lead to complete discontinuation of medicine and zero pains now.
It all started with self retrospection, at the age of 40 today with 2 teenager kids I am at totally different fitness levels.
