Sakshi was the personal trainer of my mother (aged 60+) for over 3 months. Before enrolling with Sakshi, my mother had severe sleep issues, sciatica pain and low overall strength to even perform daily chores. Sakshi has been very calm and patient in understanding the problem areas. Within a couple of months, my mother started to sleep properly at night, she also saw a reduction in sciatica pain. Her overall strength has also improved considerably, she is now able to do her daily chores comfortably. I am so glad that I chose Sakshi as a coach for my mother, she is truly amazing. The more you work with someone, the better you understand their personality. This is my second year with Sakshi, and in that time, I've found her to be very professional and friendly. I haven't noticed anything negative about her. She understands your needs and plans exercises accordingly. She is skilled in yoga, weight training, and weight management. She is very polite, explains everything well, and pushes you to your limits effectively. Her communication and time management are excellent. Finding the right coach can be difficult, but Sakshi is the perfect choice. I plan to continue working with her as my personal trainer.

Sakshi is an amazing instructor and very knowledgeable on how to help individuals get on with the fitness journey. I had lower back pain issues but with her regular exercises my body became flexible and pain is also gone. She not only provide yoga session but also include various cardio and strength training exercises which adds a beautiful blend. What really sets her apart is her ability to listen and provide personalized support. She checks in very consistently and is flexible in her approach. In addition to the physical practice, Sakshi also provided us some wonderful meditation sessions that left us feeling calm and centered. She has also helped me make positive changes to my lifestyle. Highly recommend her to anyone :)
