Seven months ago, I could barely walk a flight of stairs without feeling drained. I’m a Professor with a hectic academic schedule, long working hours, and very little time to focus on my own health. When my blood work came back, the numbers were worrying — high triglycerides, elevated LDL and VLDL, and a TSH of 9.9.
