Weight lost: ⬇️9.62 kg Waist lost: ⬇️5 inches Blood markers: 🛑➡️🟢 Seven months ago, I could barely walk a flight of stairs without feeling drained. I had varicose veins, poor blood markers, low energy - and I had quietly accepted that this was just about getting old. I was wrong. 9.62 kg off my total bodyweight. 5 inches off my waist. I sought Redemption - For once in life At 101kg, bursting out of XXL shirts, I was an Engineering Manager in a Fortune 500 CPG company - respected at work, but completely broken in body and mind. Rotating shifts wrecked my routine. Emotional eating and alcohol were my escape. No energy, no workouts, never touched a weight in my life. Poor sleep, zero hydration. I’m a Professor with a hectic academic schedule, long working hours, and very little time to focus on my own health. When my blood work came back, the numbers were worrying — high triglycerides, elevated LDL and VLDL, and a TSH of 9.9. I wasn’t facing a medical emergency, but I knew this wasn’t something I could ignore.” I was referred to Coach Sairamnath by a close colleague from the Electrical Engineering department - someone I trust, and who is himself currently being mentored by him. That recommendation gave me confidence to start. When I enrolled in the 12-week Liver Vitality Plan, there were no promises of shortcuts or drastic restrictions. What I received instead was clarity, education, and a structured plan that fit into my demanding academic life. Over the 12 weeks, I learnt: • The importance of adequate protein intake • How to build balanced meals without extremes • Consistent hydration (4L daily) • Prioritising 7+ hours of sleep, even with long workdays I went from being largely sedentary to: • 10,000 steps a day • Strength training 3 days a week • Swimming on 3 other days — something I chose because I genuinely enjoy it The results were measurable and reassuring: • Triglycerides reduced from 224 → 98 • LDL reduced from 193 → 44.8 • VLDL normalised • TC/HDL ratio improved from 6.1 → 2.7 • TSH corrected from 9.9 → 2.4 Although the weight was done by 3kgs and waist was done by 3 inches, my energy levels are back to the levels of my early 30s. * My statin dosage has been reduced to a half. My doctor is positive about removing the remaining half dosage if I continue to maintain what I achieved in Phase 1 of my transformation * ⁠My allergic sneezing has completely stopped since I went through this program All of this turned around in 3 months time with effort and dedication from my end, and the excellent support of my coach. It wouldn’t have been possible without being in a partnership that required equal effort from both of us.
