I have been with Sairamnath for almost 11/2 years. He is extremely patient, diligent and he goes above and beyond in answering all your questions and doubts. He is very knowledgeable with the theory and science behind the fitness and diet. He is very good with following up with you every week and he tries to keep you in check with adhering to his diet and exercise. In my perimenopausal/menopausal age,he was able to bring down the inches. I was able to come out of my tiredness and lethargy by following his diet and exercise. I had my ups and downs,but he was very patient with trying to explain what it means to stay on course with his diet and fitness routine. It all came down to being consistent with his approach to diet and fitness.He is very easy to talk to and would work with you based on your dietary habits. For anyone wanting to join Fittr, take a plunge and I highly recommend Sairamnath for this.
This is my first time working with Sairam who is an excellent coach/mentor. He has been patient and empathetic with me in many situations. I was new to strength training when I started the program and he gave me lot of tips and also corrected my form. With his expert guidance I was able to reduce 12kg. I always thought not eating rice and doing excessive cardio is the way to lose weight and Sairam broke this myth. I had high cholesterol and borderline triglycerides when I started. I always thought eating eggs is bad for cholesterol so was little hesitant when he asked me eat eggs daily but I trusted his knowledge and experience and went with it. Was super surprised to see my cholesterol (down by 30) and triglycerides (down by 35) get into the normal range few months later. My A1c was just over the normal range at the beginning of the program and we were able to pull that back as well.More than anything, I have learnt a lot about nutrition, strength training. Thanks a lot, Sairam! Highly recommend Sairam to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change, especially working moms like me, who are juggling multiple things on a daily basis. If you are looking for a consistent, healthy way to lose weight and build strength, you are at the right place!
This is my 3rd time working with Sairam on my fitness journey. I should say, Sairam was patient, empathetic and understanding and helped me bring down my weight by 10lbs while also bringing down my body fat. Thank you Sairam for all your help.
My experience with Sai, has been incredibly beneficial, especially as someone with PCOD. Before joining the program, I struggled with a poor diet, often resorting to takeout and lacking exercise routine. My PCOD caused irregular periods and weight gain, and even basic tasks like hiking or kneeling became difficult due to excess weight. However, after following Sai’s personalized diet plan and exercise routine, I noticed a significant improvement. The structured diet, which involved cooking at home and avoiding takeout, was initially challenging but made a big difference. My periods began to return (though irregularly), which was a significant improvement, and I lost 4.7 kgs and 3.1 inches off my waist over six months. The workout routine was specifically designed for me, which made exercises easier as I became stronger and lighter. Thanks to Sai’s expert guidance and constant motivation, I now feel much healthier and more confident in my body. I’ve extended my program to continue improving my health and regularize my cycle further. I would highly recommend Sai to anybody who has PCOD and wants to battle it in a healthy way.
