I struggle with PCOS and reached out to Sairam for help with managing my symptoms. Sairam helped me out by creating a fitness and nutrition plan to cater not only towards my strength building to help manage PCOS but also towards my lifestyle and busy schedule. Sairam is always available to offer extea support by clarifying any questions or to adjust my plan for the week to accommodate travelling or other plans that come up. This year long program with Sairam, specifically to tackle PCOS has given me the confidence and knowledge to continue on maintaining my nutrition and fitness in a healthy, sustainable and independent way!
Excellent coach. He really helped me in loosing weight around 4 kg in 12 weeks also guided me about my food habits. Now I know what NOT to eat. He was always polite and quick in answering my questions. Amazing coach.
I enrolled under Sai with my husband in 2021. And i was postpartum 5 months and from that time my journey was very nice. My thought process have changed and he has pushed my limits in respect of progressive overload or interms of diet or in terms of increasing our steps too. I was a person who felt very difficult to lift 10lb but currently I can do 55lb squat which is an achievement. Its all because of he pushing his mentees. He is one awesone human being who helps his mentees to achieve their goal. He always gives a realistic diet plan which I can enjoy all the food that I like. In this journey sometimes he has helped me in terms of mental health also. He is like a family to us. You are an amazing human being, coach, friend. Thank you once again for all these.
