Hi Everyone, I have been training with Rishi for 6 months now. I reduced 15 kgs in this period. Rishi is amazing at his approach all the strategies he uses is practical and effective. He has good knowledge about the fitness journey and tailors your plan based on the need. It has been an amazing journey with him. Thanks for all the guidance. I definitely recommend Rishi to others.

Hi Everyone RISHI Is A Great COACH. He Made My FITTR JOURNEY VERY EASY . I AM VERY THANKFUL TO HIM FOR HIS SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO ACHIEVING GOOD RESULT. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. I WAS GIVEN MULTIPLE DIET PLANS WHICH WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL AS I COULD PICK AND CHOSE THE PLAN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RISHI AND I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR IN 3 MONTH TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY WITH YOUR GUIDANCE. I LOST 13KG. I WAS 101 KG AND NOW MY WEIGHT IS 88 KG.

Hi enrolled with Rishi for 24 weeks. My primary goal was to loose weight but I ended up being more energetic and fitter. Rishi always had an alternate sustainable solution to all my issues like related to food or my back injuries. Lost 14 kilos weight in 24 weeks, waist measurements dropped from 42 inches to 34 inches. He made me understand that it’s not only about loosing weight but also a lifetime change in our dietary and daily habits and it can be enjoyable too. I would recommend Rishi any day to be a reliable coach in the fitness journey.

Rishi is a Excellent coach. He helped me to reduce my weight from 85 to 73 kg in 24 weeks. Before enrolling with Rishi, I tried many options with diet and exercised but nothing worked out. I found that I'm diabetic in Feb and my sugar levels were too high. I explained all my issues with Rishi and he drafted me a workout & diet plan that helped me a lot to reduce weight, increase strength and mainly reduce Sugar levels . When I did my last bood-test in Oct, the doctor was very surprised with the results and the sugar levels came back to normal ( from 77 mmol/mol to 41 mmol/mol). I'm now very confident on my health and the funny thing is that I started giving suggestions to others on the calories , proteins and carbs etc, Thanks Rishi for all your support. Still long way to go... I definitely recommend Rishi to others
