Rishi has been an amazing coach for me. His guidance on a meal plan combined with a work out plan helped me lose 13 kgs (105>92kgs) over the course of 3 months. He works with your constraints to design a perfect meal/workout plan for you. I told him I was able to only work out at home and I couldn’t do more than hour and he designed a plan suitable for me. His focus on changing habits rather than quick fix of weight loss has also helped me tremendously. Overall this journey has been life changing. I feel the best I have been in a long time and full of energy. I have signed up for another 6 months with him. Can’t wait for the results!!

Rishi has been fantastic trainer! I have trained under Rishi for the past 3 months and lost around 4 kgs. He gave easy to follow plans that aren’t cluttered with weird exercises, diet modification as per my current eating options. Very knowledgeable, patient and easily accessible to ask questions. Planning to continue with him for long term.
