Rishi has been an amazing coach and more than that. He has successfully managed to turn our habits and our lifestyle around. My partner and I enrolled with Rishi to get in shape for our wedding. However, under Rishi's guidance, we have been able to change our lifestyle, small eating habits, our approach, and our perspecrive towards fitness. I managed to lose 6kgs in a matter of 3 months while maintaining a good and lean physique. However, along with these results, the major turnover (thanks to Rishi) was our mindset. His constant motivation, blended with a realistic approach, helped us to make our fitness journey more a lifestysle rather than some short-term goal. As we were new to this, Rishi made sure we were not overwhelmed in the start by meticulously planning our diet around our usual routine and food. The strategy, diet, and mindset that Rishi helped us build not just served our short-term goal but also is sustainable enough to keep us moving forward in the future. Firstly, I want to express my appreciation for your dedication and effort in helping me reach my fitness goals. Your passion for fitness is evident, and I value the guidance and support you've provided. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness levels since we started working together, and I credit much of this progress to your training methods. Your motivation and positive attitude during our sessions have been incredibly encouraging and have helped me stay focused and committed. I have started my fitness journey from 95KG and I very happy to inform that I am below 88KG now. Its great achievement that we achieved together in just 12 weeks. I appreciate your flexibility in adapting our workouts to accommodate any physical limitations or challenges I've faced along the way.
Working with Rishi on my fitness journey so far has been truly enriching. To those who are looking at the reviews of Rishi to decide whether to enrol with him or not. NO DOUBTS PLEASE!! I enrolled with Rishi after getting to know about him from one of my friends who went on a weight loss journey under his guidance. I felt, I took a right decision enrolling with him. He is very attentive, patience, listens to your problems, find solutions specifically for your body type, prepare a proper diet plan that fits your needs. He provided me many valuable tips for the safe and effective strength training which I will take forward in my fitness journey. I have improved my strength by losing the body fat at the same time, lost weight by 8 kgs in 15 weeks revealing my abs muscle. I am going to continue my fitness journey with him. This is not an end.
