It’s been more than a decade I am working out/ resistance training and always in a good shape, but was not able to lose those extra inch from waist line, I tired and spoke to many fitness coaches in my city and nothing worked. Finally I came across @fittrwithjc around year back and from there @Fittrwithsquats. Came across fitter app and was contemplating whether to take training from this platform. Rishi has been an amazing coach for me. His guidance on a meal plan combined with a work out plan helped me lose 13 kgs (105>92kgs) over the course of 3 months. He works with your constraints to design a perfect meal/workout plan for you. I told him I was able to only work out at home and I couldn’t do more than hour and he designed a plan suitable for me. His focus on changing habits rather than quick fix of weight loss has also helped me tremendously. Overall this journey has been life changing. I feel the best I have been in a long time and full of energy. I have signed up for another 6 months with him. Can’t wait for the results!!
