Joining Fittr under coach Rinku Ma’m was best decision of my life. I had been trying to reach in healthy weight zone from last 10 years but could not succeed because of wrong approach. Rinku Ma’m helped me in understanding how to balance your diet, add exercise and walking in your daily routine and be consistent with what you wished for. No wonder, I was able to loose my weight and reach my target weight of under 70kg ( final weight was 69.05 kg) with just 3 month of plan (lost around 8-9 kg during this period). During this weight loss journey never felt starving or craving for sweets. As mantra was simple you can have anything but keep counting your calories and ratio of fats and proteins. I would recommend her to anyone who want to loose weight in healthy manner and also understand technicality of why a particular diet or exercise will work. Once again Thanks to her and Fittr for making me healthy, alive and active again πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘

Hi Rinku, just want to give my feedback for the 12 week program that I took from December. I lost 5 kgs in the 12 weeks and I ended up reaching my target weight. The part I want to call out is it has been two months since I continued to self manage my plan. I have continued to maintain the weight even with limited control. The diet plan provided was simply awesome and self sustainable for future. I feel that is key in ensuring fitness is maintained. Thank you for all guidance and support. Wish you all the best.

I have enrolled under Rinku Mam, for 12 week's program as I was bit judgemental whether I will be able to cope with quantified nutrition or not but believe me that Rinku Mam has made it so simplified for me that I enjoy each and every meal. Initially when she gave me a meal plan, I used to complain her that she has given me too much food to eat, I think that was because of slow metabolism but now I eat more that what I used to eat earlier and still loosing fat and also gained some muscles. I have lost total of 5 kgs of weight (55 to 50) till date in 3.5 months with Hypo thyroid and Arthritis as a condition. Best part is that she always encourages you to do better, help you anytime you ping her and motivate you each and every morning to be a better person and yes, I enrolled under her for another 12 weeks as I wanted to continue my fitness journey in her guidance thank you Rinku Mam for such a good mentor

She is one of the best coach I have come across for me till now.. Rinku ji listen to our concerns and always clears the doubt wht ever I had. I started this journey where I was diagnosed with diabetes and don't know what to eat and not.. One fine day I decided to enroll with her. Trust me! she has guided me in every steps from then within one and half months my meditation has come to 1 time. After my 2nd kids I wasnt able to bounce back to my fitness been through back disc issues too.. Rinku she encouraged me to start slow and guided me with the workouts too.. .Tracking my steps everyday and those motivation texts from her starts my day. She is been so dedicated and encouraging mentor.☺️ Thank you so much for showing the path agian and being such a good mentor 😊
