I joined 3 months program then extend that to 6 more months under the guidance of coach rinku it has been an amazing journey so far.The variety of workouts,meal plans,regularity, flexibility and habits to adopt are all well planned. I've lost around 8 kgs and experienced a significant inch loss.The weight loss journey has been successful under the correct guidance. Best part her is she is always available to address queries and help which is highly appreciable!! Kudos to her and her work..!!
I have enrolled with Rinku for 6 months program. Your expertise and knowledge of the subject matter have been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply . Your enthusiasm and positive attitude have also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. Rinku is a superb trainer - Ideal for what was needed!
I took a 3 month fitness plan under coach Rinku Kumari. I'm sure that this is the best option I made in my Life by taking Rinku as my Coach, she is a very motivative, friendly and high knowledge fitness trainer. I lost 6 kgs in the period of 12 weeks with a proper diet and workout plan, i could have reduced 2 more kgs but due to sudden travelling i couldn't strict to diet and workout for 2 to 3 weeks. my aim is to lose another 12 kgs so will again enroll under Rinku Kumari after a couple of weeks. I had joined 3 months program with FITTR coach Rinku Mam. Apart from loosing almost 10 kgs weight and visible inch loss what I gained is something equally valuable achievement is and that is I learnt the correct way of eating. I have been into this loop of loosing and gaining weight since teenage as I have always been overweight but here I learnt what mistakes I made earlier. I am gratefull to my coach for being available to answer my queries always and help me with managing my diet even while travelling. Coach helped me with managing food cravings and good thing is I never felt I was being deprived off something. As I look back to 3 months from now I feel fitter, more aware about my body and diet, I am able to walk more steps now without any calf pain.
