I was on a 12+2 weeks program with Reshma and I will be forever grateful for her support and guidance. As a perimenopausal woman aged 45, my weight loss was a struggle. I used to binge eat and had a very complicated relationship with food. On our initial coach consultation call, Reshma insisted on getting my blood work done and though I wasn’t too sure, I went ahead with it and I am so glad I did. I had several vitamin deficiencies and other things that were all contributing to fatigue and stress and slowing down weight loss. Instead of depending on the scale to track progress, she repeatedly highlighted the importance of looking at other parameters and on adopting a healthier lifestyle. It was hard to ditch the scale as we have been so conditioned to go by the numbers. Now that we are at the end of the program I can confidently say she was absolutely on the right track. My weight as per scale hasn’t changed much, but I have dropped dress sizes, I look a lot lighter and more importantly I have a healthy relationship with food and workout and my stress levels have come down. So, thanks a ton for being ever so patient and accommodating, Reshma!

After my C-section delivery I felt the need to enrol under a coach because I realised I’ve diastisis recti and I didn’t want to follow any random diet and exercise routine which will make the matter worse. I’ve always been a fan of amazing transformations Fittr has to offer and I thought this is the right time to make use of the platform. That’s when I found my coach Reshma Raju. I saw amazing transformations her clients have gone through and I felt she can help me too. Though skeptical at first, I went with my instincts and enrolled under her . I’d say that was the best decision. After our initial call, she gave me a diet plan considering what I like to eat. I was in doubt that whether this plan would do anything but surprisingly I ate accordingly and lost almost 8 kgs in 6 months while managing my baby, house and full time job. My DR also healed and finally I can feel like myself. If anyone considering a coach, please go ahead with Reshma because she’s extremely understanding, knowledgeable while holds you accountable and motivates you to take the next step. While I came here to write my own feedback for Reshma, I found myself reading through others’ experiences — and I couldn’t help but resonate with every single one of them. What Reshma is doing is truly magical. She connects with you on a deeper, mental level first — then gently nudges, supports, and eventually becomes your loudest cheerleader, celebrating every small and big victory along the way. I’m still on my transformation journey, but everything I’ve achieved so far is because of her constant support and guidance. The list is long when it comes to the ways she has guided me — but above all, I’m truly grateful for what I’ve achieved so far. She believed in me when I didn’t, and that belief made all the difference. One thing I must highlight is how she helped me overcome my biggest fear — gym anxiety. I had never been to a gym before and was terrified of the unknown. Reshma never forced me; instead, she motivated me patiently for days until I finally gathered the courage to show up. Even when I felt overwhelmed by the machines, she was right there — responding to every WhatsApp message, guiding me step by step. Today, I walk into the gym with confidence, and that’s something I never thought I could say. All credit goes to her for helping me break that barrier. Reshma doesn’t just train your body — she transforms your mindset. And that, to me, is what makes her truly exceptional.
