I am under Rashmika Mam's guidance since 28 Jan '2025 and have seen incredible changes in terms of fat loss, inches loss, lost around 5 kg and 10+ inches till date. I am having spondylosis, thyroid and PCOS medical conditions and managing well with diet and exercises given by mam. I used to feel lethargic and dull even after sleeping for 8-9 hours but now I feel energetic full day. Enrolling under her was the best decision.

Miss Rashmika is an incredible nutrition and fitness coach .She cares so deeply for my health and my goals. A few weeks on her meal plan and exercise plan completely transformed my body, health, emotions and my mind . I have been training with Rashmika for the past 6 weeks and I can confidently say that she has transformed my approach to health and fitness.
