Ranjana has been an amazing coach came to know many new things about diet portion control,importance of protein and strength training,have been able to reduce 5 kgs and also importantly build strength which is required as I have a busy professional and personal life with little daughter.looking forward to continuing fitness journey with Ramjana
I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible this coach is . She didn’t guide she transformed lives .l was struggling with serious health issues, and nothing seemed to help until we met her . The way she motivated , cared, and understand every detail was truly mind blowing She bought hope back into my life and helped her recover not just physically ,but emotionally too . her dedication ,kindness ,and knowledge make her one of the kind . I will always be grateful for what she did she didn’t just help ;me she changed my life.
Have been working with Ranjana for last 3 weeks and the results are positive, the fittr diet program is very different to the ones I have tried before, in fact it doesn't feel like being on diet such is the way it is planned around regular food with portion control and focus on protein intake. I have lost 3 kgs already and feeling positive that the journey am on is well worth the effort.Ranjana does provide flexibility as per individual needs and that helps in following the program without any major disruption, they say well begun is half done so fingers crossed on the journey ahead
