it's been an amazing experience with Raj. Starting from understanding my food preferences to making sure that I have all the items which I love in my diet. there wasn't a single day where I felt hungry after completing my meals. The planning and execution is top notch as results are pretty self explanatory. Raj also makes sure that queries/doubts are resolved and he provides very deep explanations which is really helpful. thank you Raj for making me believe that you can lose weight while being a foodie.

its wonderful experience i have since more than 20 years I tried to reduce my weight but didn't happen. Once i have started my journey since 10th dec23 i have lost 4kg weight and feeling energetic and still long way to ,I need your guidelines and your valued suggestions Regards Shobha
