I am an expert level certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach & Exercise Science Specialist/Certified Personal Trainer by The Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS). I specialize in Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, General well-being, Post Pregnancy Fat Loss, Bodybuilding and Strength & Conditioning.
I have always been into sports since childhood, but then a sedentary lifestyle, high stress and binge/emotional eating took over me. From being a fat kid (93 kgs) to a skinny guy (63 kgs) to moving my journey towards becoming a muscular guy, it has all been a roller-coaster ride, full of exciting experiences and learnings.
Whether you are a newbie or an experienced dieter, a student or a super busy mom, a workaholic or a travelling professional, You Can Achieve Your Fitness Goals! I personally believe fitness is something that should be sustainable all throughout our lives. Fitness is not a 3 or 6 months journey. It should be a part of our daily hygiene, just like brushing teeth and taking bath.
As sustainability is of utmost importance, I believe in habit based coaching and planning nutrition & training as per individual's lifestyle and preferences. Customization is important as no two individuals are the same.
