I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Raj sir- who has motivated and guided me in my fitness journey. The man with full of patience and the way he answers all your queries and motivates you is so so good .I have lost around 10kgs and many inches under his guidance.He is the best coach who can manage your diet and workout according to your preferences,available food resources and food choices. When it comes to training he told me “ Consistency is the Key” and i have been following it since. Raj Sir always had instant answers to all my problems or questions i put up to him.He is the best mentor anyone would ask for. The journey is still so long and the mission is too far but i know with him by side i will surely achieve it .Thank you so much🙏🙏

Thanks to Raj I was able to restart my fitness journey after injuries , he made sure that none of the exercises or movements trigger those injuries. I have learnt a lot from him especially about the importance of tracking your nutrition and workout and how it helps you make progress.

It is one of the best decisions in my fitness journey to go with coach Raj. I got to know about him through one of my friend’s feedback He is a thorough professional. He is very gentle and detailed with his communication and approach. He has been very sensitive with the problems that I shared and helped me to overcome each one of them. He provided very practical and simple plans. If something I found tough to follow, he responded immediately and changed it accordingly. I have seen a lot of improvement with my workouts, postures, stamina and in physique after following him. Every-time he introduced a new exercise, he explained in detail. He shared his videos if I found it difficult to follow any of the new exercises. With diet plans, he always kept it simple and sustainable. When I had a small injury, he really helped me to overcome it with simple changes. I really appreciate all of Raj’s effort to help me in this journey. Thank you for all your encouragement and guidance. Will keep it going 👍🏻

Raj is an excellent coach. Firstly, his knowledge and expertise in both fitness and nutrition were impressive. He took the time to understand my goals and tailored a program specifically for me. He educated me on the importance of a balanced diet and the impact it has on my overall well-being. He also provided me with a variety of workout routines that were challenging yet achievable. What sets Raj apart is his ability to motivate and inspire. He pushed me to reach my limits and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone.
