I have been working with Pushpit for the past month and it has been a wonderful experience so far! He is very knowledgeable and punctual, He always pushes you to do better in every session. He always ensures that I do each exercise with the correct posture and he pushes me to achieve the right one. I have noticed several changes in strength and flexibility.. Pushpit is a great trainer. He is punctual and has good communication. Regarding the workouts, I had been quite inactive before I started with him, he was very respectful of that and gradually increased the intensity. Now, he encourages me to push myself through tough sets to make sure I grow stronger every week. Overall, I would highly recommend Pushpit as a coach in your fitness journey!

Pushpit is an expert in this area. I am specially impressed by his variety of exercises and customized to my needs. Each time we meet for the session, he comes up with something unique. I am already seeing changes in my body and I can see my strength is increasing. He is not only following academics of things but also using his intuition. For instance he understands what is the situation of the body on a particular day and then instructs accordingly.He is kind and punctual. I will be working with him long terms for months. Just completed my first month with Pushpit and I am loving it. After my initial experience I am sure I will continue for next 6 months as Pushpit is really thorough with his workout plans, explains every exercise in detail, takes the time to explain the muscles that need to be stressed in each pull and push exercise. One of the best help I get from a 1:1 with Pushpit is the attention and correction of my form for each and every rep. I have been exercising for a long time now, but having a partner like Pushpit really helps to push the body to the next level past the plateau Looking forward to a healthy collaboration
