Priyanka is amazing. I have been training with her for more than 6 months. She creates workouts based on your specific needs and adjusts the workouts based on any existing conditions like back pain or knee pain. She ensures you do the exercises in the correct posture throughout the workout and is extremely attentive to any changes she sees. She utilizes the whole session to make sure you have an effective workout and she creates it based on actual science. She is also very knowledgable about which exercises affect which muscles and the connections between muscles in the body. She starts the workouts based on your current fitness level and makes sure to increase the intensity of the workouts as you progress so that you get stronger and don’t plateau. She is always on time and dependable, constantly motivates you and has a great personality. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get fit and be consistent

I have been training with Priyanka for over 4 months and this is the longest I have been able to stick to a training program. She is very knowledgeable, understanding of any constraints, knows how to teach beginners and tailors the work out so that I am challenged but not overwhelmed. I have more strength and better posture now, thanks to her. She is very motivating and observant and I look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Priyanka as a trainer, it has been a very rewarding experience.
