I've had the privilege of training with Priyanka for the past six months, and it's been an incredibly positive experience. It's been three months since I embarked on my fitness journey with Priyanka. Initially, I had doubts about the results, but I can confidently say that this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've had previous experience with in-person training, but the training, constant and consistent guidance that Priyanka provides is truly exceptional. She is instantly available to assist me, just a message away whenever I have questions. In the past, I've experimented with Intermittent fasting and Keto diets, which did yield results, but they proved unsustainable over the long term, and I eventually regained the weight. Priyanka has designed a nutrition plan that is both effective and sustainable. Today, my focus has shifted away from mere weight loss, and I'm on a path to becoming the best and strongest version of myself. With my unwavering dedication and Priyanka's expert guidance, I've already shed 9 kilograms and experienced significant inch loss. This is just the beginning of my journey!
This is my first time having a personal trainer and initially I was skeptical about having a trainer online. But, Priyanka cleared all my doubts. She is always available to answer any questions and modifies exercises and diet according to my requirements. It’s just third week since I started training with her. But, I can clearly see a difference in my energy levels, muscle recovery and overall fitness. Looking forward to more sessions and getting Fittr.
