I have entered into this Fittr journey through my company. Initially, I haven't think that I could reach this far. Seriously, I need to thank our coach, Praveen. He understood what my objective was and what I needed to do. I thought that diet and workout were very tough to follow; we couldn't cross one week itself, but my coach broke that myth and gave me a customized plan with my own preferences. Now I have confidence that I can plan my own meal plan and workout plan. Even though I lost only 3 kg, I have gained a lot of confidence, self-discipline, and fitness knowledge within this short span of 12 weeks. Thanks a lot, coach!!!

Praveen has been a pleasure to work with. He knows the fitness science very well. I have seen significant differences in my form and posture. Praveen promptly replies to queries I have. And most importantly, I found his positive attitude to have cranked up my energy by a notch, every time I touched base with him. Keep it up Praveen!

I am very happy that I found Praveen as my mentor. He is the one who made me believe that it's not tough to achieve the goals. He always pushed me to look forward and said not to worry about what happened in the past. Even though there are some days when I ate junk food or sugary stuff then also he was always very positive.
