Prasanth is highly knowledgeable. You can ask him any doubts on Fitness/Nutrition & he will instantly answer you. I would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their fitness to enrol under prasanth & it doesn't matter what time zone you are in. Just listen to him and follow them blindly & consistently, then you will achieve whatever your fitness goal is.. Off course, that being said, I have renewed for a second time with him :)
I have been working with Prasanth for 3 months now and he has helped me shed close to 9 kgs so far. However his biggest impact on my life has been in helping me change my mindset towards diet and nutrition. I am a management consultant living in Chicago US, and my job involves more than 90% travel. Over the last 3 months, I have spent most of my time abroad, traveling on international projects, being up to 3-4 weeks away from home. Due to the work stress and lack of motivation, fitness was never a priority for me till I enrolled under Prasanth. I was eating whatever I wanted and drinking whatever I wanted. To top it all, I have a sweet tooth and didn’t know how to manage my sugar cravings. With Prasanth’s help, I have now gotten so much better at managing my diet while I travel. I might still not be able to follow quantified nutrition to the fullest, but I have a toolkit for managing my diet, my protein intake and my workout. My dream of getting shredded just seems a bit more achievable with his help and I can’t wait to get in my best shape soon!
I’ve been working with Prasanth for the last 6 weeks. Working with him has not only transformed my body, but more importantly my mind. He is so methodical and organised in his approach and very focused on what you learn through this journey. For me, I have learnt how to manage my food and exercise during hectic schedules of travel. Earlier when I used to travel, my entire schedule would go haywire . I would come home feeling heavy and bloated. Now When I travel, I carry food from home, and I make healthy choices . I’ve become the person who hits the gym at 6 am during my travel. That is a HUGE paradigm shift for me. This particular week I am travelling for a week long conference. I carried my protein powder, apples, almond, even carried pre- boiled eggs and my gluten free bread. This helped me manage my food very well . The best part is that I can eat everything within the plan. There is no deprivation . Prasanth has ensured that I see this as a lifestyle. Even when I have made wrong choices, Prasanth ensures that I reflect on why I made those choices and what I could have done differently. He explains the why behind each choice. As far as the results , I have shed 5 kgs in just 6 weeks, many inches , and feeling lighter and fitter. More importantly I have learnt the skills for life and become a person who prioritises her health. Prasanth’s motivating messages keep me going and I could not have come so far without his guidance.
