I am 34 years old living in US with 2 kids under 3. Post pregnancy I wanted to loose the extra weight I had gained, so I enrolled under Prasanth. I lost total 8kgs in 16 weeks and good inch loss . My journey so far is not perfect and sometimes I deviate from plan, but Prasanth understands and asks me to share pictures so he would provide the best possible alternatives . Also for the workouts I only preferred home gym with limited equipment, he understood my requirements and provided the plan which I can follow and enjoy the process. This is my second time with Prashanth and as last time it was amazing working with him as my mentor, he always motivate you to achieve realistic goals. My goal was to shred some extra kilos and that I achieved but need to work more to get toned body but as I am travelling for a month now I am not able to continue but once I am back I will resume again and achieve my goal. He is always happy to suggest substitutes and local brands I have got Iron and Vitamin D deficiency still during my diet I did feel anything prashanth took that in consideration while making my chart….thanks for everything .
