Embarking on my fitness journey with Coach Pankaj from Fittr has been a game changer for me. As a software engineer, I wrote a software program to find a coach tailored to my specific needs, and Pankaj's impressive credentials immediately stood out. I was struggling with pain in my back, lower back, chest, and knee, and after numerous unsuccessful treatments from physiotherapies and orthopaedic doctors, I was skeptical about how long would it be till I exercise effectively again. Yet, from day one, Pankaj instilled a sense of confidence in me. He designed a rehabilitation-focused workout regimen that emphasized stretching and strengthening, which not only allowed me to manage my pain but also gradually prepared my body for more intensive exercises. Driven by a newfound hope, I boldly joined TC20, despite my initial limitations. Under Pankaj's guidance, I embraced a diet that contained the simple, nutritious foods I enjoyed with my family—vegetables, dal, roti, rice, eggs and chicken. He ensured my meals were perfectly balanced to fuel my recovery and performance. The changes I experienced were life-altering: 1. I completely stopped drinking alcohol, which I had previously done twice a week. 2. I incorporated a routine of walking 60 to 90 minutes daily 3. I curtailed eating out, reserving it for just one Sunday lunch each week. 4. I consistently hydrated, drinking three liters of water every day. Through Pankaj's dedicated coaching, I not only alleviated 90% of my pain within a month but also went on to achieve a milestone—finishing in the top 250 in TC20. Coach Pankaj’s expertise, compassion, and motivational support have been pivotal in my transformation. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to overcome physical barriers and achieve their fitness goals. When I think back how TC20 started for me with multiple injuries and how it finished with getting in the top 250, I feel this achievement was only possible because of how coach Pankaj guided me. Huge thanks to you coach 🫡 Now I am getting myself ready for TC21 under Pankaj, and many more TCs to come!

A perfect coach I must say , helped me a lot in my diet as well as workout plans , prepared a “sustainable” diet which can be followed throughout the journey .. Thank you Sir ..!!

I had been working out for years, and that always ended up with me being out of shape and having health issues. I never knew that joining FITTR and starting to work with my coach, @Pankaj Dhuper, would be one of the best decisions of my life. Pankaj listened to my health issues, questions, goals, and vision, and continuously worked with me on a plan that works. Pankaj never restricted me from enjoying moments of joy, like eating my favorite food or being a part of weekend parties. I know what I like to eat and drink, but Pankaj coached me on 'how' to eat and drink. I have seen ups and downs during my journey. I have been demotivated, I have been frustrated, but Pankaj kept his continuous support in clearing my doubts and gave me mantras on how to keep going. Pankaj not only helped me get my body in shape, but most importantly, he helped me fix my health issues that my doctors tried to fix with medicine. My fitness journey is a never-ending process, but I would like to share how I started loving myself even more with this transformation that happened in just a few months. I am even more determined and passionate about getting the best out of me with the strategic and personalized diet and workout plans Pankaj helped me with. No words of thanks could suffice to express my gratitude, but thank you, Pankaj, for showing me how discipline, consistency, and patience work wonders not only in life goals but in health goals as well.
