Had a great fitness journey with Coach Nithin. Within 3 months, my body fat reduced from 26% to 19.6% and I lost ~3.5 kg in a sustainable way. His workout plans were structured, nutrition guidance was practical, and support was consistent throughout. Nithin’s approach kept me motivated and focused on long-term results. Highly recommend him for anyone serious about fat loss and overall fitness. As I continue my journey towards my fitness, I thank Nithin for his help and support.

I Joined Fittr in Oct ‘24, to improve my fitness as well as control my HBA1C as a diabetic. It’s been a good journey to say the least as I was able to reduce weight, get stronger via weight training and get my A1C level from 8.4 to 7.0 in 4 months. The journey has just started and the goal is to hit 6.0. I thank Nithin for helping me all the way by focusing on right food intakes, planned weight training to hit the right muscles and constantly connecting for follow-ups and motivations. I have and can further refer Nithin to anyone to plan their fitness goals.

Fittr is full of a lot of good coaches, but if you are looking for more than a coach, Nithin sir is the one. Needless to say about his knowledge on Nutrition and workouts, as being a coach here on this platform, you certainly expect that, but his approach to the problems are unique. Every individual is unique and most important thing which he made me believe is, that my transformation is uniquely mine. What others are achieving and what i am achieving are different. after continuing under his mentorship i have lost around 12 kgs and many more inches. and now i am on my next goal to loose more fat and achieve lower fat %. In between we together worked on many other things, like fixing my lower back pain and posture correction. Those things were new for him also, but he did extra research and suggested unique exercises for the problems. So , from no Deadlift as it was hurting my lower back to lifting 50% of my body weight, thats the progress i have made. He was always there to help me and clarify on slightest of the doubts. All thanks to him, now i am working towards my new fitness goal.
