Been 3 months with Nikhil, and great experience so far. Lost around 5 cm belly fat and developed good eating habits. He is very approachable, does constant check-ins and tailors the plan to your lifestyle so that it doesn't feel too tough to follow.

I have taken Nikhil’s coaching twice in the past year and he is a gem of a person really sweet and very modest to talk to. Extremely motivated and motivating . If not for him I would have quit my fitness journey he made sure he would ring me on a schedule even though I was unresponsive due to busy schedule but that reminder really motivated me to continue seeking fitness. He has a good knack and understanding of diet(have read lot of books around fitness and most scientific part of those books is what Nikhil actually recommends . This obviously goes with his excersice routine that he’s suggested He helped to go from 33% fat to 23% fat
