With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have had the honor of competing and winning prestigious titles such as Mr world 🌍 4 th place in sports model category ,Mr. India Men’s Physique and Mr. Karnataka at both state and national levels. 
I achieved a significant milestone by winning the 100 Days Challenge organized by FITTR. Additionally, I secured a position in the top 20 in Transformation Challenge 17(TC 17) and ranked in the top 50 in another 3 TC's I participated in.
My achievements extend to ICN (I Compete Natural) competitions, where I have earned gold medals in categories like Men’s Muscle Model, Men’s Physique, and Classic Physique.

Beyond my competitive success, I specialize in creating customized fitness programs for a diverse range of individuals. 
My expertise includes working with the elderly, individuals managing PCOD, thyroid and Diabetic conditions, pre- and post-natal clients. 
I also have extensive experience in Fat loss, general fitness, muscle gain, contest prep, sports-specific training, and powerlifting training.
