Meghana is one of the best coaches I’ve had so far. I appreciate her dedication and promptness. I had my knee surgery and wanted a coach who can still help me workout. She is very knowledgeable, and very mindful of the exercises she chooses for me based on my condition. She is also very attentive through the entire session and corrects my form whenever I err.I highly recommend Meghana, and look forward to working with her through my fitness journey.

I had severe thigh muscle pain and my Physical therapist had recommended strength and conditioning training. I discussed it with Meghana and she made sure she came up with a good plan for me. She is a very good trainer and she made me like exercising. She was always prepared with the daily plan and had good substitutes if some exercise would not work on me. I liked her pace and am happy I trained with her. Moreover my thigh muscles have recovered well too.
Meghana is fantastic coach. She plans her sessions well in advance and ensures to include stretching exercises towards the end of each session. I used to only do running but I got a whole new perspective towards workout and how we can utilise different muscles by doing different exercises, thanks to Meghna. After each season, my body feels energetic and mind is completely refreshed. I would highly recommend Meghana if you want to really enjoy workout and get addictive to fitness.
