Manvit Kohli..is a great coach.. who takes precise care of our priorities to give us tailored diet and workout plan. She constantly motivates us through multiple social media platforms,which makes a huge difference in our approach of handling our daily routine. Thank you so much ma'am for being there to help me have a pleasant pregnancy journey till now.. from unknown fears to getting used to the new normal u have made me more strong and stable.. Manvit is a great coach. she has a amazing process to help and motivate her clients. If there is any concern you can share it with her , she is very compassionate and will try to help you . If you need she can call you again and again to motive you. She handled my irregularities really well. I am very greatfull for Manvit for this. But with any coach , specially in online space. You got be self motivated to make most of coaching.

Manvit is an excellent coach. She’s the first nutritionist I’ve met, who encourages proper intake of calories. I was pleasantly surprised to be eating so much food and still loosing some kilos. Her diet plan enables me to lift more. I had never thought I will be able to workout with heavy weights before but I’m loving it. We still have a long way to go but thank you for the guidance so far.

Manvit is such a gem , she is no nonsense kind of person, and I am forever grateful for her. I always look forward to talk to her for our weekly call and I don't know why but somehow I feel like she is very relatable. I felt so connected when I started following her over instagram. when I joined this community I literally felt so overwhelmed with meal prep, exercise, keeping the routine with baby but she consistently said that decipline overpower the motivation. and my take away is "don't use your mind, just follow whatever your coach says" if you miss your diet or your work out one day, don't guilt trip yourself, just jump back to routine again. only thing which I regret is why I could not meet her early, she could have saved me from exclusively pumping. Thank you for all the love and support ❤️
