I’ve been training with Kritarth for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. Despite my medical conditions, including breathing difficulties and limited knee mobility, my trainer has shown exceptional care and expertise in designing workout plans tailored to my needs. Even simple exercises can leave me breathless, sometimes requiring oxygen, but he’s always attentive, ensuring every movement is safe and manageable while still challenging me to progress. What stands out most is his ability to push and encourage me daily, striking the perfect balance between motivation and patience. He’s helped me target every muscle group effectively, adapting exercises to accommodate my limitations while maximizing results. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve noticed consistent daily improvements in my strength, mobility, and overall confidence. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine dedication make him an outstanding trainer, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals, no matter their challenges.
Kritarth is a very invested trainer. I had a couple of trainers earlier, but never one who I felt was so invested in me reaching my goal. He is very regular, has a great balance between pushing you hard and keeping you safe. I really appreciate his regularity, diligence and at times flexibility with my schedule. My change from a guy who barely lifts weights to a guy doing it 5 times a week has got a lot to do with FITTR and mostly with Kritarth. The conversations keep it fun and engaging . I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer.
Kritarth is absolutely amazing. I really enjoy working out because of him. I’ve never worked in the gym on any of the machines in my life and Kritarth has been absolutely incredible in educating me and coaching me this past month. Kritarth is very knowledgable about muscle groups and motivates you to push harder. Kritarth tracks every single workout and how much weight I lift in every set and it’s so encouraging to see the progression overtime. I would highly highly recommend him to anybody looking for an awesome coach to help them achieve their goals in fitness. I am definitely renewing. I think it’s just the beginning of a long term Friendship, thank you Kritarth for all you do and all the heart you put into your work.
Kritarth does a good job of tracking progress, which makes it easier to stay consistent. He understands training methods well which ensures the workouts are purposeful. A solid choice if you’re looking for steady improvement!
