The session are awesome..Kritarth is literally a beast in terms of coaching. I have maybe 10 years of experience working out and I ve had the opportunity to train with several coaches. But Kritarth is on another level completely.His attention to detail is really exceptional. I m thinking of renewing for 3 months or even 6 months of the go. Kritarth is simply and awesome coach.
I've been training with Kritarth for about a year and a half, and the results have been incredible. During this time, I've seen significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness. I was looking for a personal trainer, to improve my physique and form as well. Here are a few pointers about Kritarth: 1. Always motivating to help you achieve your goals 2.Provides advice based on logic/scientific reasoning. 3. Very consistent in the workout regime, for example I have missed some sessions due to work. He made sure I have made up for those by taking extra sessions. 4. I believe results are guaranteed if you are working with an individual who is highly passionate about his work, and so is Kritharth. 5. His journaling skills: I go to different gyms based on if I'm working at the office or home. He knows exactly which equipment I am better off at which gym. 6. Constant changes in exercise, if he feels an exercise is not effective or having side effects, a new one/backup is always kept ready by him. I am seeing significant changes and health benefits after a month itself. I would highly recommend Kritarth for anyone who takes their health seriously.
