I have been training with Kanta ji for almost 2 months now. I lover her positive and cheerful attitude. She is very punctual and very encouraging I highly recommend Kanta ji as a fitness trainer. She observes very minutely and i feel she is constantly looking out for my best interest. I have a minor problem in my shoulder which I forget at times, but she remembers and modifies the training to prevent any injury to the shoulder She is also very adaptive and sharp. I dont have any proper gym but she finds ways to achieve same results as you would get in a gym. I must say, there is more to learn from her, just not yoga and strength training
At 78 years old, I have been having my sessions with Kantaji for almost three months now, and it has indeed been a wonderful experience. Day by day, I feel more energetic and find more strength within me. My muscles are feeling much more flexible as well. Your sessions are exciting—there is something new to practice every day, so there is never any boredom! I also appreciate your dedication and the genuine concern you show toward me. Kanta has played a phenomenal role in ensuring I move from inconsistency to consistency in my workouts. I can feel my strength improve, skin tighten, muscles get stronger and for someone who has both wrists fractured- I can still deadlift 15-17 kilos and not flinch. Her sessions rejuvenate and make you appreciate the need for a woman to be strong, again. Bonus- she's a funny and lovely human.
Kanta is an excellent coach to work with. I would really highlight her strengths as below 1. Punctual - Kanta is very punctual , rarely takes time off and that helps us immensely keeping up with our work out schedule. 2. Motivating - i absolutely adore how she is after candidates for work out, she is the reason i have made to sessions even though i was tired and not willing to join. During the work out she keeps it very engaging. That way we get what we need from 45’minutes session. 3. Versatile - i enrolled for combination of yoga and strength conditioning which works absolutely great for me and i total love it. 4. Flexible - Kanta does support candidates by offering flexibility whenever she can and i am hugely benefitted from that Overall, it is really nice and totally worth working out with Kanta. She is doing an amazing job
