Kanta is a wonderful coach. She trained me for 3 months. She also trained my mom for a month, my mom has never done a single workout in her 65 years of age, she made my mom workout sincerely which was a surprise become my mom never moves. Oh my god, she taught me a variety of workouts. To name a few : Pilate type, Tabata, surya namaskar, shrugs, dead lift, dead bug, amazing PRANAYAMS. She makes the workouts interesting In 3 months time, she trained me with different amazing workouts. I learnt a lot. Her sessions begin with warm ups and ends with awesome stretches and PRANAYAMS. She has a lot of energy, highly motivating. Very friendly personality who loves fun. She has not canceled even a single session in the entire 3 months. She is very punctual and highly professional. She is highly optimistic and spreads positivity around her environment. Would definitely enroll under her. But she is very strict with timings.
When I started with Kanta, I was not sure how the online training would work. But she has reinstated my faith in online training and pushes me to do more everyday. My 2nd month running and I am up every morning without any excuses.Whether I show up with a back pain or a period, she has me covered. My strength and physique has improved much in the last 1 month whilst training with her. Totally recommend her! Thanks.
I have trained with Kanta for a month now and I’m so glad to find her. I was looking for someone to reignite my yoga practice and help me achieve my health goals. I already feel stronger in one month. I look forward to continuing my growth and progress with her!
I started my work out journey with Kantaji two months ago and it has been transformative for me. I am at my fittest self right now and would like to continue these sessions with her. What is most commendable about her is that she respects your time, is very punctual and takes care of the trainees requirements personally. She would push you just the right way, not less and not too much. She would keep complementing you during the session to keep you energised. Thank you Kantaji for being my fitness partner!!
