If you're looking for a fitness trainer who can help you achieve holistic transformation for both your mind and body, look no further than Kantaji. I started training with Kantaji in February, and I've already seen tremendous progress thanks to the varied routines which include Yoga, Strength training, stretches, and Cardio exercises along with a big bonus of Pranayama exercises at the end of each session, which leave me feeling relaxed and energized to face the day. I developed a knee injury from running, and had to cut back on the strength training. But, I missed our sessions so much that I came back to Kantaji and started doing chair yoga instead, which has helped me maintain my fitness and mindfulness routine. Overall, I highly recommend Kantaji as a fitness trainer. She is very punctual and has a cheerful personality.There is no waste of time in her sessions as she does circuits. She is very detailed oriented and you feel she is constantly looking out for your best interest. Her sessions are very enjoyable too. I do mine early in the morning, and some days I just want to stay in bed but thinking of how good I feel during and after the session, motivates me to get out of bed and workout. With her expertise and personalized approach, you can achieve your fitness goals and enjoy yourself while doing so!
I have been working out with kantaji over 2 months now and it has been an amazing experience… Her attention for details and eye on how we hold each posture is admirable … She makes sure not to repeat session and comes up with verity of exercises each day for every week …her knowledge on whether it is yoga or strength training is excellent … She knows her stuff better … Her persistence and being on time each and every single day shows her disciplined lifestyle … She makes sure that we utilise those 50 min to the fullest … I really admire her knowledge and skills and will continue working with her in future… I feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after every session … Highly recommend Kantaji for someone who needs variety in their exercise regime and a skilled, disciplined mentor …
