“I’ve been training with Kanta Ji for almost six months now, and the transformation in my fitness and overall well-being has been incredible! She is an exceptional personal coach—knowledgeable, motivating, and deeply invested in her clients’ progress. I had headaches related to neck for past 4 years. I tried many different types of work out during the time . Nothing could pass a month due to getting the issues worse. I have been training with Kanta Batra Ma’am for past 4 months, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. l have been taking yoga lessons with Kantha since December, and I love starting my mornings with these sessions. Kantha ensures that each day brings different variations, making the practice exciting and engaging. I can confidently say that my flexibility has improved significantly. Throughout the week, we do a full-body workout that has enhanced my posture and flexibility. After each session, I feel refreshed, and my mind is more relaxed.
I have been training with Kanta for a couple of months now. As someone who hated doing exercise, I have come to truly enjoy my morning sessions with Kanta now. They set me up for the day perfectly. Kanta keeps the exercises at just the right level for your ability while gradually making them more challenging over time. She strikes a perfect balance between fun and firm. While her sessions are lively, she is keen eyed and quickly spots incorrect movements. She will consistently encourage you to correct and improve your stances and poses, making them beneficial for you in the long run. The routines are a good mix of yoga, strength training, and conditioning. The pranayama exercises at the end are perfect to round off the session. I highly recommend Kanta!
