I have been attending classes under coach Kanta Batra for 10 days and I can tell that my body is changing. I feel more energized during the day in my busy schedule with 2 kids and work. I had a lower and middle back issue for a long time and I see it’s going away slowly. I can do my gharaba continually😃 with all the sweat but with full energy! I m really excited for my upcoming sessions because there is so much to learn from the coach Kanta Batra. She also very kind and flexible in time. She explains and clears all my workout positions which I like the most during the session.
If there were any more stars to be given, I would definitely give them to Kanta! Absolutely fantastic coach, understands every detail about you first and then starts coaching - takes care to listen and correct postures in the sessions and very experienced in strength training. Wonderful person and lovely coach.
After nine months of training with Kanta, I'm amazed by the progress I've made. Kanta's blend of weight training and yoga has been instrumental in my journey. Each session, concluding with Pranayam, instills in me a sense of focus and readiness for the day ahead. From starting with 2-3 pound weights, I've now comfortably transitioned to using 10 pounds. Kanta's adaptability is truly commendable. She seamlessly modifies workouts to accommodate my sore back or when I'm exercising from a hotel room with limited equipment. Her warm demeanor, constant smile, and unwavering encouragement make every session enjoyable and motivating. Additionally, her punctuality and commitment to never canceling a session have made my fitness journey even more reliable and consistent. Despite initial uncertainty about online training, it has proven to be remarkably convenient. Being able to work out from the comfort of my home or even a hotel room while traveling means I rarely have a reason to miss a session. Thanks to Kanta's guidance, the online platform has become an integral part of my fitness routine."
Kanta is a wonderful coach. She trained me for 3 months. She also trained my mom for a month, my mom has never done a single workout in her 65 years of age, she made my mom workout sincerely which was a surprise become my mom never moves. Oh my god, she taught me a variety of workouts. To name a few : Pilate type, Tabata, surya namaskar, shrugs, dead lift, dead bug, amazing PRANAYAMS. She makes the workouts interesting In 3 months time, she trained me with different amazing workouts. I learnt a lot. Her sessions begin with warm ups and ends with awesome stretches and PRANAYAMS. She has a lot of energy, highly motivating. Very friendly personality who loves fun. She has not canceled even a single session in the entire 3 months. She is very punctual and highly professional. She is highly optimistic and spreads positivity around her environment. Would definitely enroll under her. But she is very strict with timings.
