I started my training with Jyoti before one month . First i enrolled for only one month to see how it goes , But what can i say , i m really very very happy with jyotis training mathods, i never lift in my life total 10kg or up while exercising, but in a 1 month i gained my strength and i can lift till 20 kgs in some exercises with Jyoti’s right guidance. I find my self to be more consistent now , she is very encouraging .she take cares of every single things with your body as i have knee pain in my one leg so she knows very well how to workout with that and my knee is getting much better with her training.i enrolled again with Jyoti for another 3 months and many more to go.
I started my training with Jyoti 3 months ago. What can I say ? You need to try her session to understand her training method. She believes in quality and not quantity. She corrects my postures and I am feeling first time I have actually done good quality strength training. I feel great support from her as she understands my health issues and some last minute family commitments. So even session is missed I don’t go on some guilt trip as I always get positive support from her the next day. I feel very calm and relaxed in our sessions as I feel I am not asked to hurry. At the same time, she gets required training done for the day. I am glad I found her for my fitness journey and willing to continue with Jyoti as long as I can.
I recently joined Fitter. At first I was hesitant to join it as I never did workout . I started with Jyoti. I am very happy that I got Jyoti as my coach. gently pushes you to realize your strengths. She keeps your small goals and motivates you to reach those. She is quite flexible. She understands the mental and physical condition of the person and then makes changes to workout. I think that’s really important . She observes body postures minutely . I am very happy with Jyoti and hoping to grow this bond stronger.
I had recently moved to the UK for post grad and was having a tough time getting back into a workout routine post the move. I also started struggling with lower back pain and over decline in energy. I was scared of doing workouts as some were making my back worse I got in touch with jyoti and told her about my hesitation of working out and my goals. She listened to be with the utmost patience and tailored my workouts in order to help not only cure my pain but also strengthen my back overall. She pays attention throughout the sessions and modifies the flow as and when required. She motivated me to work harder and also encourages me to rest well when required. She’s a great coach and I have worked with her for 2 months before taking a short break for vacation. I can’t wait to start again after my vacation !
