I have been training with Jyoti for 3.5 months now and she has been instrumental in significantly increasing my overall strength and fitness levels postpartum. She is incredibly knowledgeable in the area of strength training and has an eye for correct posture/form even through a camera lens. She tailors the program based on individual needs and will suggest form correction postures/exercises to do offline without making the process too daunting. Apart from all the above mentioned, the part I appreciate most about Jyoti is that she is flexible where possible as she truly understands the challenges in training new mums. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about attaining their fitness goals - go grab her slots as it’s hard to find!

I am extremely happy that I started training sessions with Jyoti. She is an amazing coach, very professional, well-experienced, and has a deep knowledge of strength training . She always ensures that I do each exercise with the correct posture and pushes me to achieve the right one. I have noticed several changes in my mood, energy, stamina, flexibility, and better thyroid profile since I started the classes with her guidance. I started my training with Jyoti before one month . First i enrolled for only one month to see how it goes , But what can i say , i m really very very happy with jyotis training mathods, i never lift in my life total 10kg or up while exercising, but in a 1 month i gained my strength and i can lift till 20 kgs in some exercises with Jyoti’s right guidance. I find my self to be more consistent now , she is very encouraging .she take cares of every single things with your body as i have knee pain in my one leg so she knows very well how to workout with that and my knee is getting much better with her training.i enrolled again with Jyoti for another 3 months and many more to go.
