I trained with Jyoti for a month and had a very positive experience. She is beginner-friendly, patient, and provides clear step-by-step guidance. Over the course of the month, I noticed an improvement in my stamina. She was also very understanding and accommodating on days when I wasn’t feeling well, which made the overall training experience both supportive and effective.
I’ve been training with my personal trainer for a while now, and I can confidently say she’s been instrumental in my fitness journey. She is incredibly kind, calm, and patient. One of the things I appreciate most is her focus on the correctness of form in every workout. She takes the time to explain each exercise clearly, ensuring I not only perform them right but also understand the purpose behind them. At one point, I developed tendinitis due to poor posture at work and frequently holding my baby. I couldn’t get a physiotherapy appointment right away, but she stepped in with targeted exercises that helped me recover steadily and safely. Her guidance made a huge difference, and I’m truly grateful for her support during that time. She’s more than just a trainer—she genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate personal trainer.
I have been working out with Jyoti for 2 months now and it has been amazing. I can see visible results, she is committed to her trainees, communicative beforehand if she can’t make it for a class and makes up for it and pushes to the right extent. She always focuses on posture and has helped me correct my posture several times (other trainers have missed this big time). I would definitely recommend her!
