Jyoti has truly been incredible in my fitness journey. Just two months after joining, I suddenly developed severe sciatica pain in my lower back, and I couldn't even put my foot down properly for almost two weeks. It was frustrating and honestly made me question whether returning to the gym after a one-year break had been the right decision. But Jyoti completely changed that mindset for me. She patiently guided me, helped me stay motivated, and introduced the right stretches and movements to gradually ease the pain. Her attention to detail and understanding of what the body needs at each stage is remarkable. What stood out the most was her ability to support me not just physically, but mentally. Today, I am slowly getting back on track and working towards becoming stronger than before. I genuinely can’t thank Jyoti enough for the motivation and guidance

Having practiced yoga for the past five years, I always felt that something was still missing—particularly strength and endurance. This eventually led me to look for an online trainer. My journey with Jyoti began in February 2026. As a beginner in strength training, I was initially nervous that I might give up too soon or struggle to stay motivated enough to consistently show up for sessions. However, Jyoti has been an incredibly calm and compassionate trainer. She truly understands individual needs and tailors each session accordingly. What I especially appreciate is how thoughtfully she begins every session by checking in on how I slept the previous night and whether I’m feeling healthy and ready to train. Only then does she proceed, which makes the training feel both safe and personalized. She is also exceptionally observant when it comes to posture and form. The moment she notices that my posture is incorrect or compromised, she corrects it immediately. At the same time, she gently encourages progressive overload by helping me increase weights gradually, without ever making it feel overwhelming. Another thing I admire is how meticulously she tracks each exercise and the weights used, planning future sessions based on individual progress. Now, three months into this journey, I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with the experience so far. I feel more motivated than ever and genuinely look forward to every session with Jyoti.

I’d like to thank Coach Jyoti for helping my mother start her strength training journey. Since it was her first time, she was quite hesitant, but Jyoti was extremely patient and supportive throughout. She explained everything clearly, focused on proper form, and made sure my mother felt comfortable and safe. Her regular check-ins and encouragement really helped keep my mother motivated. Over time, I’ve seen a clear improvement in both her strength and confidence. Overall, a very positive experience - grateful to Jyoti for making this journey so smooth and encouraging.

I’ve been training with Jyoti for about 3–4 months now, and it’s been such a great experience, especially since I started as a complete beginner in strength training. Even though most sessions are on Zoom, she’s really good at spotting posture issues and correcting my form in real time.I’ve definitely gotten stronger and more confident with workouts, and I like how she gradually increases the difficulty without making it feel overwhelming. She’s encouraging, patient, and keeps sessions motivating and comfortable. I also appreciate how she checks in on progress and adjusts workouts based on how I’m feeling. Overall, I genuinely enjoy training with her and would recommend her to anyone starting their fitness journey.
