Jyoti has truly been incredible in my fitness journey. Just two months after joining, I suddenly developed severe sciatica pain in my lower back, and I couldn't even put my foot down properly for almost two weeks. It was frustrating and honestly made me question whether returning to the gym after a one-year break had been the right decision. But Jyoti completely changed that mindset for me. She patiently guided me, helped me stay motivated, and introduced the right stretches and movements to gradually ease the pain.
