Jyoti has immense ability to form connection and keep you motivated through out 😊!!! I have been training with her for 2 months now and I see changes in my physical and mental well-being. She understands you and completely customised sessions for you. She takes each day like a new day and makes you feel to never give up and push you towards your goal πŸ˜€. My strength and over all transformation has improved πŸ’ͺ🏻. Jyoti understand my lows and high days without me even saying and help me workout accordingly. More words are less for Jyoti 😍. Such a great person she is and best trainer one can have πŸ˜ƒ Thankyou Jyoti for making me achieve which seems unachievable at the beginning πŸ’•πŸ™ŒπŸ» If you looking for a coach you can completely rely i highly recommend her 🫢🏻

Jyothi is one of the best trainers I ever met. She creates plan accordingly our body condition. Helps us understand the mind muscle connection and motivates us when required. With my journey with Jyothi I can see lot of difference in my body (both strength and inch loss). I am glad to be in journey with Jyothi :)

I have been training with Jyoti for 3 months now and this is the most consistent I have ever been with workouts in my life. She is very encouraging and motivating and adjusts effectively with my hectic schedule. I have gained considerable strength and stamina in last few weeks under her expert guidance. Looking forward to train for a long time with her and achieve further on my health goals.

I have worked out with Jyoti for two months and she has been an excellent coach. She pushes me to pursue the next level while accommodating my limitations/concerns. I find myself to be a lot more consistent with Jyoti and I'm noticing my strength/form is consistently improving. She is pleasant and great to work with. I'm hoping to achieve my fitness goals with support from Jyoti and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a great fitness coach.
