I have been into fitness from the last 10 years. I have always been keen to learn and explore knowledge related to Health and Fitness. Having been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I understand how important it is to stay fit. My motive is to help and guide people around to achieve their goals by designing plans which suits their lifestyle preferences, so that it can be enjoyable and sustainable at the same time. I want people to understand that fitness should not be taken as a burden but a way of thanking our body, which strives everyday to make us adjust with the environment. It only takes ones will power and commitment to achieve their fitness/health goals. We just need to aim to be a better version of what we are today.
