Hey everyone! It was my first time using fittr, and I didn't have much knowledge on how to get started with my fitness journey. My main goal of using Fittr was to have a healthier and yet sustainable lifestyle. Jini has been an unwavering support in this journey so far. In the past three months, she has worked with me weekly to understand what type of nutrition + workouts work for me. Tracking progress, celebrating milestones, and always pushing for better Jini's expertise has truly helped my mindset and knowledge about food and exercise change for the better, which is now part of my everyday life.
Hi everyone, I enrolled in Fittr in Jan’24. Prior to that I did some research on the platform to identify coaches that would help me achieve my goals and had narrowed down coach Jini. Coincidentally my friend who has been part of Fittr for almost 3-year also recommended to enroll under Jini. I am absolute newbie to this fitness journey and had my daily activities included very little mobility. I had started noticing changes in my health almost 3-4 weeks into the course. Jini is very patient and is great at explaining each topic right from nutrition to workouts, how to balance our eating habits while travelling or during upcoming festive season. Her guidance has helped me stay on track with my goals and make steady progress. The consistent weekly connects are also very helpful, and she is very prompt in addressing any adhoc queries as well. I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey under coach Jini and wish her all the best for the future.
Hello everyone., It was December 2022, i started health transformation journey with FITTR. From December 2022 till January 2024, i did transformed noticable to many., but., after i came in contact of coach JINI PUNNIA., in January 2024.. i learned new way of being disciplined in health journey . N that really helped me lott better to get desired results. She helped me to cultivate habits of mindful eating ., share pics of meals no matter., where u r.. N doing so., i came to know., what mistakes i use to do before n was unaware of it.. she pushes us to give our 💯 percent in workouts. Thanks JINI PUNNIA, for motivating n inspiring us daily.. Thanks coach., for urs great efforts behind mentees like us.. keep rocking always. 😊
To be candid, the first call with Jini after enrolment did not go that great. I raised a concern about including namkeens in my macros, leading to a bit of disagreement 😛. Eventually, I decided to forego the packed snacks (which is indeed not a great choice of food) and diligently follow her nutrition and workout plan. I can proudly say, that was the best decision, to follow her instructions blindly. I had some gastric and acid reflux issue in the past. Following her instructions diligently, in 2-3 weeks, I was able to see result as I completely stopped taking the medicines for these problems altogether. Also I have been able to control my IBS to a great extent. She has meticulously designed my workout in such a way that I can optimise my time and get the best result in my super busy schedule. Her ability to remember and incorporate our past discussions into our weekly calls, while actively engaging in the group (from motivating everyone and giving personal feedback on exercise forms), is truly commendable. I really wonder how she pulls that off every single day. While she can be firm at times, Jini is also remarkably understanding and caring — a supportive friend like no other and probably your biggest cheerleader who keeps on motivating you. To anyone considering enrolling under her guidance, I assure you it will be a decision you won't regret. Jini, thank you for being there, especially on my most challenging days.
