Hi! My name is Jennifer Dixon. I am an Expert INFS certified trainer, Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and I hold my ERYT 500. I am comprehensively certified to teach Pilates too. I love strength training and high intensity low impact exercise as well as flexibility and mobility training. I have my own Yoga & Pilates Studio, Thrive Yoga and Wellness, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where I have helped people feel better, get stronger, and de-stress every day for almost 5 years. I love this particular combination of yoga, pilates and strength training because it helps us get in tuned with ourselves while we get stronger and FITTR.
