My experience with Harsh as a coach has honestly been amazing. One of the biggest challenges I faced before starting was consistency. I used to feel that dieting meant eating boring food and constantly craving things outside the plan, which made it very difficult to sustain in the long run. What really stood out in Harsh’s coaching was how practical and sustainable everything was. He gave me so many food options that I genuinely never felt restricted. Whatever I liked eating was somehow included in the diet in a balanced way, so I never felt the need to eat outside the diet or have “cheat meals” because the plan itself felt enjoyable and realistic. That made consistency so much easier for me. Apart from diet, his regular guidance, support, and check-ins helped me stay accountable even on days when motivation was low. He was always patient with doubts and focused on building habits instead of forcing unrealistic changes. The journey never felt extreme or exhausting, which is something I really appreciated. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive and I’m genuinely happy with the progress. I’d highly recommend his coaching to anyone looking for a sustainable fitness journey instead of a temporary transformation.
I started my fitness journey in February and in almost 3 months I’ve lost around 6 kg. What I appreciate most about Harsh is that the plans are practical and sustainable. He adjusts the diet according to our own food choices and even designed home workouts that fit well with my lifestyle, making it easier to stay consistent.
