Thank you so so so much shweta ma'am. she is a very good mentor and has great understanding. she knows how to balance the meal as per our requirement and cravings. she keeps on motivating and always available on calls and msgs whenever I need her guidance. though I was not consistent for a long time but still lost 9 kgs. i even adviced my friend to choose shweta ma'am as her coach. I will definitely enroll again with shweta ma'am.

#Transformation post Journey from lazy procasting girl to Mrs UAE international 2023 Weight in august 2022- 70 kg Weight in May 2023 - 61 kg Inches loss - several Confidence gained - tonns of! Happiness achieved- Unquantified. Goal- still way to go Coach- Dr.shweta saini I joined fittr in 2016, after the birth of my elder child. I was watching all the transformation post but was delaying in order to skip the efforts and hardwork. Meanwhile, looking at the posts at fittrr I even motivated my husband to join it. He joined the 24 weeks program and had his fitness journey started. I had second baby , was working full time , was giving myself lame excuses of having no time. One fine day, I got diagnosed as pre diaebetic. Having strong family history of diaebets and seeing them go through pills , sugar monitoring and food restrictions I didn't want to go through all that. To give myself a fitness target, I enrolled in Mrs UAE international competition and enrolled in the transformation challenge under the coach. My fitness journey started, so I realised it was my mind block, it was not that tough as I thought. Dr. Shweta made it so easy for me to follow, whatever I wanted she accepted and made changes accordingly. I didn't even remember, she asked me not to eat anything. Even for the diwali, she called specifically and said Deepti, I want you to enjoy the festival, eat everything and enjoy but in moderation and go for healthier and less sweet options. Ofcourse like everyone, I did have my rough patches where I used to just stop replying to shweta's msges or used to say I don't want to do it anymore. But she was consistently motivating me, behind me to finish atleast step counts of the day if miss workout by any reason. I remember I was even asking shweta to give me options of faster Weight loss. Being myself a doctor, used to discuss the varieties of options , but everytime she will be so calm and consistent and used to end up convincing me .

it was a great journey with you Shweta, You are an amazing coach. Helped me alot in keeping me motivated and on track. unfortunately due to my injury i could not continue , but because of all your constant efforts i am motivated to start as soon as I recover. Thank you so much for all your support, guidance and hard work .

I had the pleasure of working with Dr Shweta as my personal trainer for 9months. Thanks to her guidance and support, I was able to achieve my weight loss goals and feel more confident in my own skin. From the moment I interacted with Dr Shweta, I knew that she was passionate about helping people transform their bodies and improve their health. She took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness goals, and then created a customized workout and nutrition plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. What I appreciated most about working with Dr Shweta was her positive attitude and encouragement. Even on days when I didn't feel like working out, she always motivated to keep me going. She pushed me to challenge myself and try new things, but was always mindful of my physical limitations and adjusted the workouts accordingly. Not only did doctor help me lose weight and build muscle, but she also taught me about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
