I joined Dr. Priyanka after months of being miserable with neck and shoulder muscles pain, missing work and not being able to enjoy playing with kids. She responded immediately to my chat, arranged for assessment call, patiently listened to all the issues and gave honest feedback. Over the period of three months she made sure to address not only the concerned muscles but also worked on my core strength that was completely ignored (had constant lower back pain) after my second delivery. Additionally, I can now also do some squats which was impossible to do before without having knee pain.
