My experience with Dr.Priyanka has been great. I started my rehab sessions with her in Jan 2026. I have been suffering from shoulder pain since over a year, which affected my sleep quality and my work. Day to day activities had become painful, including driving car or moving household stuff. I was skeptical when I joined Priyanka because I had already taken more than 6 months of physiotherapy outside. Priyanka has been patient, she did an initial assessment and customized a plan. Time to time I have brought up different problems like my wrist and knee problems. She has addressed it all. I truly appreciate her support and guidance. Highly recommended.

Dr. Priyanka has truly made a difference for me! I've been taking Injury Rehab sessions with Dr. Priyanka on Fittr for the past 2 months, and honestly, the results have exceeded my expectations. I came in with significant back pain, and the improvement I've seen in just 2 months has been remarkable. She didn't give me a generic plan — everything was personalized to my condition and my body, which made all the difference. The exercises were easy to follow and never felt overwhelming, so I could stay consistent without confusion. What I also love is how responsive she is. Whenever I had a doubt or concern, she was always there to guide me — I never felt like I was on my own. And beyond the back pain, my overall body feels so much stronger and better than before. I highly recommend her.

Priyanka has been an excellent physiotherapist and personal trainer for me at Fittr. She is always punctual, accommodating, and very mindful of my specific needs. Since I have knee issues, shoulder pain, and other ongoing chronic health concerns, it was very important for me to work with someone who could guide me safely and effectively, and she has done exactly that. When I was consistent with my sessions, eating clean, and tracking my macros under her guidance, I saw a huge difference in my body and overall energy levels. I started feeling much stronger, more energetic, and more toned, while also losing fat in a very smooth and progressive way. It never felt extreme or overwhelming, and I did not experience unnecessary soreness. I can actually feel my abs getting stronger, started seeing visible upper abs, and lost inches around my chest, waist, and hips. It genuinely felt like unlocking a whole new level of strength and fitness. Even during phases when I lost track because of health issues and could not stay fully consistent, Priyanka still helped me stay as active and fit as possible through physio-focused sessions, especially for my knee. That support made a big difference for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coach who knows how to balance fitness progress with physical limitations and health challenges.

She is always punctual, communicated clearly, and showed great patience and understanding with my mom. Her positive energy and empathy made each session comfortable and motivating, and she took the time to ensure my mom felt supported and confident.
