Name - Nikita Age - 31 Starting weight - 70.5 kg current weight - 66 kg coach - Dr. Mandeep Parmar I am happy to share my weight loss journey with Dr. Mandeep. Within 12 weeks reduced more than 4 kgs weight, All because of simple and effective regular diet, workout and steps which increased my strength and confidence back in routine. Over past 3 months I’ve seen significant improvements in my physical health and gained deep understanding of nutrition required in our daily routine. My overall experience with Dr. Mandeep was great. for any queries, guidance she was always reachable. Her unwavering support keeps me motivated even during challenging moments. Starting weight 71 kgs Present weight 66.2 Total weight loss 4.8 kgs with 6 inches drop Time taken 12 weeks My progress has been truly inspiring – with Dr Mandeep I’ve lost inches, built healthier habits, and feel more confident and energetic than ever before. The experience has been smooth, personalized, and highly motivating. I’ve seen improvement not just in weight management but also in my digestion, sleep quality, and overall mindset towards food. Before vs. Now: ✅ HbA1C: 10.2 ➝ 6.7 ✅ Fasting Glucose: 238 ➝ 96 ✅ Cholesterol: 233 ➝ 162 ✅ Weight: 62kg ➝ 54.8kg (Lost 7.2kg) ✅ Time Taken: 12 Weeks ✅ Workout Equipment: 1 pair of 5kg Dumbbells ✅ Gym? Nope, only home workouts! ✅ Age: 46 years My 12-week journey: At the end of these 12 weeks, I am surprised and happy with the results. I saw myself as a pre-diabetic, then became diabetic, and watched my HbA1C level rise to 10.2. During this time, my doctor kept advising me to change my diet and add exercise, eventually got on medication. At the beginning of 2025, me & my wife we both decided to enrol on Fittr App, even though we had never been to a gym before. With the help of our Coach Dr. Mandeep Parmar, things became easier. With her guidance, we focused on portion control and structured workouts and thanks for her constant follow-up to keep a check on us. After 12 weeks, now Doctor has reduced my Diabetic medication to half and asked to stop the Cholesterol medication. The overall process was good, except the early 2 week of difficulty where I’ve to cut down the food quantity 😊 but could overcome that as well, thanks for the follow up of Coach. I would definitely recommend Coach Dr. Mandeep Parmar to anyone with similar diabetic conditions. I started my fitness journey at 90kgs, and today I’m down to 84kgs – but the real win has been so much more than just weight loss. Under Coach Mandeep’s guidance, I also started getting my periods regularly again, which was a major milestone for me and a sign of real, holistic progress. She didn’t just tell me what to do – she helped me understand how weight loss actually works. I learned which foods, even the ones that look healthy, can be surprisingly high in calories and slow down your progress. Her practical advice and constant motivation (especially her signature “Karo Shruti, zarur hoga”) kept me going on the tough days. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for real, sustainable change, not just a quick fix.
