As mentioned above ,apart from being a fitness enthusiast, I have also been a part of the support industry for many years now and I beleive that compassion and active listening are at the core of a successful association between a mentor and a mentee.

At the worst phase of my life, I was a smoking addict and living an extremely unhealthy life.

Having transformed myself physically and mentally over the last few years and having motivated people around me to be the best version of themselves, I know what are the challenges and the roadblocks that you can face in your journey.

I truly believe that Fitness has to be holistic and there is no perfect time to embark on your Fitness journey.

I specialize in building customized diet and excersize plan that would not only help achieve your goals, but I will also educate you on the science of exercise, nutrition and habit building that would help you sustain your progress.
