Deepu has a wide variety of experiences and has immense patience with everyone. He has been really awesome to tolerate our tantrums. We made great progress over the year and hope will continue to do so. He provided not just training but also guided us through mental blockage which were even a bigger challenge at times.
Mid-Transformation: Lost 15 Kgs in 3 Months I had been trying to lose weight on my own for the better part of a year, but I had no real understanding of how to follow a diet or structure a workout. On top of that, I didn’t have much of a support system to help me stay consistent. I started my real transformation journey at the end of February with Coach Deepu Koul and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Deepu sir has been an incredibly solid guide for someone like me, who started out with zero knowledge about nutrition and exercise. What stands out the most about working with him is his unwavering support. He’s always there whenever I have a doubt or confusion, and he constantly encourages me to stay consistent. I used to believe that losing weight would be extremely difficult, but under the right guidance, I’ve learned that it really comes down to sticking to the plan: following the diet, walking at least 10,000 steps a day and working out regularly. My biggest takeaway from these three months: Consistency is the key. I am very grateful to Deepu sir for always giving the correct advice and motivation I need.
I’ve lost 11 kg in 4 months with Deepu’s help. I had tried to lose weight a few times before on my own, but I was never successful. Then I reached out to Deepu, and that changed everything. His deep understanding of nutrition and how each person’s body works helped him create a plan just for me. It was simple to follow but really effective — I started losing weight every single week. I didn’t even go to the gym, just did some basic weight training at home and 10K steps a day In 4 months, I lost 11 kg! Big thanks to Coach Deepu for making the journey so smooth and motivating.
Deepu is not a coach, he is like that brother who has your back always. He has been a true pillar of support during my toughest times. His unwavering encouragement, care, and dedication went beyond just workouts. he not only cared about my well-being, he also extended his support when I had tough time in my family . He tracked my progress diligently and always motivated me to push forward, both physically and mentally even in my tough times.His guidance and support have made a huge impact on my journey, and I’m truly grateful to have him as my Coach.
