Deepti has been truly inspiring. My main goal was flexibility and balance. She made sure that I was aware of each breath I was taking. She designed workouts that helped to strengthen my core and improved my balance . She is extremely punctual and keeps you on your toes,if you miss out on a session. I really appreciate the time and effort she has given me to improve myself to become stronger.
