Chetanya has been a great coach and motivator. Frankly , I being a patient who has undergone spine surgery it was not easy to train somebody like me. But under the guidance of Chetanya my eating habits and workouts have changed. I was more focused to build strength of my back and he has always been there to cheer me up when I was demotivated. It has been a journey of lots of ups and downs, but Chetanya has always been there to lift me up with the wisdom of words. With lots of gratitude looking fwd to join you back soon.

My partner and I began our transformation journey with Chetanya, and it’s been nothing short of amazing! I went from 67 kg to 62 kg in under three months, all while following a balanced and sustainable plan. What stood out was how creatively Chetanya catered to our individual dietary needs—using the same meals with different portions, so I never had to cook separately for us. We enrolled under Chetanya for a couple transformation and he has guided us throughout the FITTR journey by providing us lots of useful data and giving us constructive feedbacks on our workout sessions weekly. Both of us have been quite new to Gym and Chetanya made sure that during every weekly call he would make us understand the impact each exercise would have on our body plus he would equally emphasise on good nutrition and gives scientific explanation behind quantified nutrition in a layman’s term. His meal plans made us easy for us to follow 96 days plan without much hassle. He has always pushed us to give our best in order to attain desired results based on the individual goals we had mentioned at start of journey. I would highly vouch for his mentoring skills through our FITTR journey as he always spares time to listen and address all your queries in a timely manner.
