I am so happy to have started off my fitness journey with Chetanya! He was always encouraging of the small wins I made along the way, and has helped me be more mindful whenever I have slipped.
He was always able to help me get a scientific connect with what I was doing in my plan. Apart from helping me understanding this physiological 'how', he has also kept me focused on the 'why' of my journey, and the decision to better myself.
