Chetanya is an excellent coach. He kept me fully motivated for 12 weeks. Whenever I felt like giving up, he was the one who encouraged me to keep going. There isn't a single diet-related query or issue that Chetanya doesn't have a solution for. Thank you, Chetanya, for your guidance and support.

Chetanya was a blessing for my fitness journey. He is a great coach who encourages you throughout and not only for workouts but for all the aspects for a healthy lifestyle. He helped me understand certain fitness concepts and motivated me to plan for the future and not for a short term goal. He understood my goals well and coached me in a way so that I can remain consistent and have a sustainable approach. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey. He will be a great guide, a great mentor and a great friend to take you forward and push to be your best.

Following things stand out in Chetanya's coaching style: 1. Focus on exercise form: While I have been working out for 10+ years and have previously worked with 3 FITTR coaches, my form for quite a few exercises was not perfect. Chetanya made sure that we worked towards perfecting the form. Also, he encouraged me to try different angles, machine setups to gauge what feels more natural to me and accordingly we decided what would work for me. 2. Cutting down calories as the last option: Chetanya never made a plan which required me to cut down calories aggressively. Yes, we did travel the journey of fat loss but mostly through our focus on increasing metabolism, energy expenditure by staying active through the day etc. Urge to drop calories and get fast results is real but losing fat while eating enough of your favourite food is fun. Makes the journey enjoyable. Rate of fat loss was still impressive. 3. Commitment: If you are willing to give 100%, Chetanya will give his 200% in the journey. I cannot explain this in words. 4. Knowledge Sharing: He likes engaging conversations. If you are curious enough to ask questions, Chetanya will answer your queries/explain concepts that will help you understand the why and how of things. 5. All the other points mentioned by fellow fitizens praising Chetanya in the review section is 100% true. I didn't want to repeat similar points, hence sharing something which is not covered here :)
