Chandar has been a great coach, knowledgeable and guided in the right way. I have lost 7 to 8 kgs overall and people around me are able to notice that I have lost weight. Thank you Chandar.
Chandar has been a great coach. He brought a shift in the way I look at nutrition and fitness. He has helped me in transformation of my Thought process. He is very encouraging. He is very friendly and very patient in answering all the questions I have asked . He has helped me transformation shift as I would call it. He has explained diet and how it affects the body in a very easy to understand language. All his inputs have helped me big time

Chandar is a great coach! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He guided us with a sustainable diet which we could enjoy and still loose inches. He was always available to answer any of our questions and would catch up every week for an update. We would definitely recommend him.
