Aslam is an amazing coach and he absolutely transformed my body to most leanest possible and more than that, I have tried many coaches in the past, everyone was nice until, I pay the fee after that they all started ghosting and no follow ups nothing, but with Aslam I see different personalities, he loves what he is doing so, I achieved my transformation with his support
Mr Aslam Sir, is a very good coach he is always involved in ur progress u don’t feel that u r doing ur fat loss journey alone he is there with u.. I lost a good 8 kgs in 3 months under his coaching..Motivates u to do better his diet plan is also based on ur healthy food liking so u don’t feel that u r being restricted of eating something which u like in my case it is sweet potatoes, dal and rice, poha and grilled chicken and ready whey protein shakes.. looking forward to lose more fat under guidance of Mr Aslam Sir..
This was my first ever online health-coaching experience, and honestly, I am am glad I chose FITTR. I started at 94 kg with belly fat, slouched shoulders, and borderline fatty liver. Discipline and consistency were always my biggest struggles—I’d start and stop my fitness routine many times. Then I found FITTR and eventually came across Aslam’s profile. Not going to lie—I was skeptical. I had zero knowledge about nutrition, exercises, or equipment. But from day one, Aslam made everything simple and clear. He explained the whole journey and how he’d support me throughout. He kept his word—weekly calls, a flexible diet plan, and a structured workout routine. And when I slipped up on my diet (which happens!), he understood and guided me back on track with his solid fitness and nutrition knowledge.
